Awful customer service. If you want your order on time, look elsewhere. They cannot stay on a schedule, and will often times just toss your order in a corner until they find it convenient to work on it. They actually denied me service because I expressed frustration with them for not getting my previous orders done on time.
Should not be counted among Fredericksburg's best.
