I do not care what [redacted] Admin. Asst. is stating Grandover Resort has NOT refunded $ 12.68 to my bank account. I check my bank account everyday and there has not been a refund issued to my bank account!!! Where is the proof that 12.68 has been refunded to my bank account other than an email. I want $12.68 refunded to my bank account immediately!!!
