It is recommended that a vehicle have an OFL every months or 4,miles whichever comes first After communicating with Baker Automotive it was found that over $7,miles had been driven since the OFL on 11/14/was performed at our shop We show no other customer history for Mr
Holmes on this vehicle before or after that date We feel our shop has done nothing but service his vehicle properly In the name of good customer relations we will gladly refund our ticket of $ However, the Baker Automotive bill was incurred by his choice for a service that was due for routine maintenance and not our responsibility
