I received the new terminal block from MVPI let a certified engineer to install the new terminal block and using new wireThe wire still melt and shut down the machineMy engineer told me the clip of the terminal block is too thinIt will generate too much heatHowever, it is the only way to wire the machineWe have no other choiceIt is a bad design It is unsafe for my employees to use the machine so I cannot use itI need to return the machine to the manufactor. Right now I lease a dish washing machine from a local companyIt works very wellThere is no problem of my restaurant's eletrical wiring.

to animproper electrical installation, the 220V power wires were not seated properly into the connector. Thisresulted in a poor connection and with this level of voltage, the heat generated will melt and damagethe connector-as we saw in the pictures provided.MVP Group takes all complaints and issues from our customers seriously, and requested a secondopinion from our factory. They too, explained that unless the power wire is firmly inserted properly intothe terminal block, this problem will occur.MVP Group has sold thousands of Jet Teen dishwashers. Installation of these units is the responsibility ofthe end user. Detailed instructions are supplied in the owner's manual, along with wiring diagrams. Ourrecommendations are that this unit always be installed by certified plumbers and certified electricians -to avoid situations like this.For the specific issue of the damaged connector, MVP sent the end user a new terminal block, withinstructions on how to install the wires into the terminal block.The customer also mentioned he is not satisfied with the final wash cleanness. This is usually a functionof having the proper level of detergent and rinse aid being automatically added during the cleaningcycle.
