MVP Valet Parking Reviews (10)

Dear Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We are very sorry to hear about this complaint We have taken a written statement from our employee working the night of this complaint and they deny charging anyone $to valet park Unfortunately there is no way of proving one way or another what actually ensued The price
for parking is clearly posted and we offer a discounted rate to customers attending events at The House of Blues Towne Park strives for complete customer satisfaction and would like to offer you complimentary parking vouchers that can be used at any location Towne Park provides valet service for The value of the cards could potentially add up to $if used on an event night in the downtown Cleveland area If you would be so kind as to provide a mailing address I will get those sent out promptly. Thank you

Evan F* spoke again to MR*** and has agreed to send him a check in the amount of $(MrWoofter's estimate) in exchange for a release from further liabilityMr*** sates he was satisfied with this offer

Our terms and conditions state that claims must be filed by customers before leaving the premises Please see attached document that is printed on the valet ticket given to the customer upon arrival MVP takes all claims very seriously even if they are filed after a customer leaves the premises When this occurs we follow up with a thorough investigation of the claim and if there is any evidence that the damage was caused by MVP we would take responsibility. The event this customer attended was on Friday 09/30/ We were contacted by the customer days later on Tuesday October 4th at which point we sent her a report to fill out and requested photos of damage The photos sent in did not show any damage so we agreed to meet with her on Friday October 7th to inspect the vehicle and take our own photos The person who met with this customer is our Special Event Coordinator who oversees all private events, and was on site for this particular event At no time did our Event Coordinator ever say "No one ever admits to fault and that it is unheard of that any of their employees would ever be honest about damaging a person's vehicle" Our Event Coordinator has worked for MVP for years and deals with hundreds of clients and thousands of customers, and we have never received a complaint about him being unprofessional or rude He also stated at no time did he ever admit fault or mention that there is video evidence available He only stated that we will investigate this claim. We parked vehicles for the event this customer attended and had employees working We interviewed all employees, inspected the area where the car was parked, and there is no video evidence available that would be able to detect the damage in question We have spent numerous hours investigating this claim and unfortunately there is no evidence of the damage being caused while in our care If there is any evidence the customer can provide to prove that the damage was not preexisting or not caused at any point during the days after the event before filing this claim, we would gladly take it into consideration.Thank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I met with the company and the person they sent out told me directly that no one ever admits to fault and that it is unheard that any of their employees would ever be honest about damaging a persons vehicle.  They also said they had video surveillance.  They never gave me video surveillance so I can only assume that was a lie.  The vehicle was brand new and was delivered to me in the dark by an employee who "would never ever admit to damage".  This person that I spoke to was extremely unprofessional, very rude and admitted fault the day of.  I will also do everything in my power to make sure that companies know what this company does.  They admitted fault. Period. When it came time to pay for the damage, said they had video surveillance. My attorney will get their so called video. I will stop at nothing to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Dear Revdex.com:

This claim was filed a day after the customer used our services.  We responded immediately to the claim of damage and met with the customer to inspect the damage.  We took pictures of the damage and filled out an incident report to begin an investigation.   After studying the pictures...

of the damage and interviewing all staff members scheduled for the event, we found the damage not consistent with the garage where it was stored.  It was not possible for us to cause the damage that this customer was claiming.  There were multiple surface scratches going in several different directions, and they were located on different areas of the vehicle.  The lack of evidence that the damage was caused while the vehicle was in our custody, the inconsistency of the damage in relation to where we parked the vehicle, and that the claim was filed a day after the customer used our services gave us no choice but to deny this claim.
