We have contacted Mrs [redacted] about her shirt and we have offered to repair the skirt with a new lining She is very happy with that We will contact her once the skirt is repaired.Thanks Marvin [redacted] VP South Houston Division

Mrs*** did bring her dress into be cleaned. We cleaned the garment according to the care labelWe use Green Earth cleaning produce to clean the dress. It is of our opinion that dry cleaning it in Green earth will not make this fabric stretch out. We offered to put elastic in
the dress if she would like and we did the installation. She is stating the the waist is times large than before. Please send in a photo to Revdex.com and we can see it is not so.We feel we did not damage the dress and are not liable to pay for it. Sincerely,Marvin ***MW Cleaners

As a wife, I filed this problem to Revdex.com, but MW Cleaners still does not respond for what they did. I am going to file this issue to small claim court. I used to work as a quality control before, therefore I know what to pass and what is to rejected.

Mrs. [redacted] called me on Friday and I asked her to give me until Monday or Tuesday to do my research on this.  After reviewing the issue I could not see where a suit was detailed in for them.I called her back today and had to make a business decision on her claim and we paid her the amount in...

full.  They have been a great customer of ours and I want them to know we will take care of them.Thanks [redacted]

I filed a complaint with Revdex.com [redacted] on July 2 after trying to speak to a representative at MW Cleaners numerous times beginning in April. I was called promptly after filing the claim and was told that repairs would be made and that I could pick up my suit the following Friday and would be called if there was a delay. I went to get the suit on Tuesday and was told that it had not been picked up from the tailor and that I could pick it up on Friday. I went on Saturday and was told that the suit had not been picked up and that I could pick it up on Monday. I asked if they would deliver it on Monday. On Monday I received a call that when the manager Miss Elaine went to pick up the suit it was not to her satisfaction and that it would be redone and ready on Wednesday. I have little faith that that will happen without the help of the Revdex.com. I received an email from Revdex.com which I did not answer since a resolution had not been received and I trusted it would. When I checked the Revdex.com online today if shows that the complaint was closed. Please reopen it. Thank you for your help.
