the gravel load) They both said "yes" and agreed to the delivery as I said, "I am not shoveling this back into the dump truck"I also mentioned to her that she should be in here with a piece of equipment, to dig topsoil spoils off to get to good ground, before spreading itThe is the rule of thumb. She said "No, I just want to get off the road where the county did the entrance of the driveway, this will be fine." To be honest with you, I get up there quite a bit, they hand shoveled it outI had seen that it rained for a month out thereShe then called after a week long of down pouring rainShe said the driveway is wetI said what isn't wet? I told you not to put it over the topsoil anyway. I am out there quite often and it appears she is using the driveway and is having no problemShe continues to call saying I put the driveway in, but I did not , all I did was drop a load of gravelShe continues to call and harass me and if it continues, I will sue her for harassmentThe consumer is not due a refund of any sort, given all I did was deliver a load of gravel and I explained to her what she needed to doI was trying to give her good advice, but they did to take itIt is not my fault, it is due to them not properly preparing itDiana is my witness and party to the situation and was aware of everything.( I spoke with her and confirmed she was there.)

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
Lies, lies and more lies.  1) He NEVER told me to turn the topsoil or do anything to prepare the driveway.2) He was alone when he dropped off the soil and no one else was present from his company. If he is referring to his GF, he also had her lie and say he never used the "F" word when speaking with me when I called him out on it. 3) I have only called/spoken with him 2 times-- once in the spring and once recently. He has been nasty and unkind each time. He told me I was "crazy" and "you need to get our hearing checked lady!".  He also told me that it was normal for be soil to do that and that it "is like a sponge". He reassured me that after a couple of rains/drying out it would settle. This has turned out to be false.4) I cannot use the driveway because it becomes a muddy mess after any precipitation. I access the property from the adjoining property lawn.Also, this soil has now been "flattened" by large equipment not once, but twice. After my initial conversation with Mr. Wood, I asked a neighbor to go over the soil with with his tractor..he did and nearly got stuck!! He advised me that the soil needs to be removed and won't work for a driveway.  Mr. Wood was well aware the soil was being used for the purpose of extending and existing driveway. He at NO TIME EVER instructed me that the topsoil needed to be turned up prior to putting his product down. Mr. Wood is unkind, dishonest and unprofessional. Two calls over several months does not constitute "harassment" but if he'd like for me to share my story with a judge, be my guest. Regards,  [redacted]
