I am rejecting this response because:Mr*** is correct to state that his company did put ruts in my yard however he is incorrect that it was only It was 12! I sent Mr***'s office manager the pictures on October 30, when I originally brought the complaint to Mr***s company The Revdex.com website would not allow me to upload all pictures In November 2015, ***, Lawn Manager, told me he would follow up with me in March to discuss a schedule to sod the damaged areas ***, Mr***, nor any member of MWLawn contacted me in March to discuss a schedule to repair the damage to my lawn In fact after additional errors from MWLawn I contact them again on 3/26/and 4/6/ Mr*** had numerous chances to contact me and tell me how he was going to make it right He had plus months in fact However he finally contacted me via email 1/months later and offered to reduce my bill 50% however never apologized for the damage caused or more importantly communicated to me how he would rectify the damage Based on all the broken promises, poor customer service I do not want to use services provided by MWLawn I have begun repairing the damage myself I informed Mr*** he 50% discount offer was not agreeable Mr*** is also correct that I am withholding payment for services that MW Lawn completed Mr***'s company representative, *** (Lawn Manager) told me he would contact me in March to set up a schedule to rectify the damage to my yard To repeat my sentence above this did not happen from anyone at MWLawn I continue to request a full credit of my bill due to the areas of damage MWLawn committed on 10/30/ Regards,

I have read *** ***’s complaint and concur that our lawn mower did put ruts in his yard on 10/30/as statedHe contacted the office and we sent our Lawn Manager to inspect the damageWhile he was there he raked the area and put down grass seedWhile we do not typically put down grass
seed in November, November was unseasonably warm with temperatures in the 60’s and 70’s the majority of the monthTherefore we thought the chances of the grass seed taking were very favorableIn fact, the temperatures stayed in the 40’s and 50’s through the middle of DecemberWe also told Mr***s that if the seed did not take, we would put down sod in the spring which we fully intended to doMr***’s has an outstanding balance of $for mows in October and $for mows in November and a sprinkler blow outThe total amount he owes MW Lawn & Landscape, INC is $We feel Mr.***’s is using this as an excuse not to pay his billIt would not cost $to repair ruts in a yardWe would be willing to deduct $for the mow that caused the ruts on 10/30/and put down sod in the areas that have the ruts that he sent us pictures ofMatt *** the owner has personally called Mr***’s to resolve the issue this last several weeks with no responseThank you
