Review: On October **,2012 I wired $22,000 to the account of MW Moss LTD. It was payment in full for a Lobmeyr chandelier. I was promised delivery within 8 weeks. I have a trail of emails which have become increasingly fantastic promising delivery within just a few more weeks and attesting to rediculous reasons for the delay. It has become obvious that there is foul play afoot. I am beginning legal proceedings in an attempt to reduce my losses. This business has behaved unethically and I would encourage staying away from this establishment.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back or the chandelier

At this time, I have not been contacted by Moss bureau regarding complaint ID [redacted].
I am equally sure I never will be. I verified that the order I placed with Moss Bureau and for which my money was taken ($22,000) was never placed with the manufacturer.
