Here is yet ANOTHER shout out to xxxxx and his team! I recently had xxxxx do a total home renovation for a client of mine who is putting their home on the market tomorrow and needed MAJOR renovations. I called xxxxx to help out. Not only did he give my client incredible, personalized service, beyond their expectations, he saved them a boatload of money, using his purchasing power to get them the very best deals (better than I could even get) on Granite, Pergo Max hardwood laminate floors, tile floors, lights, fans and ceiling fixtures... plus, the crews that he sent out were thorough, quick and efficient- saving my clients time and money on labor. xxxxx personally oversaw every, single aspect of the renovation, and must have been to my clients home two to three times both weeks, just to make sure that everything was on schedule and being done correctly. I love that he personally oversaw what his (excellent!) crews were doing. I could never have done this as cost effectively or efficiently!

xxxxx has been managing our property for almost 3 years now. I am grateful for his team since we are so far away. I've read the bad reviews and am surprised. The only mishap that comes to mind was when something was not attended to immediately for our renters, due to temporary organizational problems. One of xxxxx hard working couples had their first child. well, as much as you try to prepare for a team member's absense, it's not always possible to make a seamless transition. This company is okay in my book because they are like a family, they care about each other and they truly care about their home owners. And equally important, xxxxx monthly payments to home owners are consistent even though he has hundreds upon hundreds of rentals. He and his team are hard working and always available, that's not easy to come by nowadays. I can highly recommend MW Properties knowing there is no one who would do the job better for the same reasonable prices.

MW Properties has been managing my property for about 5 years now and I have never had any issues with them. As long as I have my rental property they will always have my business . It's great to have a company you can rely on especially when I live in another state then my property.

This company is extremely unprofessional. It is very hard to reach someone on the phone about any sort of maintenance issue. Once you are able to reach someone to discuss the problem, they take their time getting out to the property and finding a solution. They blame the owner for every problem, including not answering the phone. I understand that any maintenance issue needs to be discussed with the owner, but that is not an excuse to be unreachable by the tenants. Every solution to our many maintenance problems have been fixed, but we have never had a new fix. When our AC unit broke, they replaced it with a used unit from another rental property. When our fridge went out, it took 6 days for the owner to replace it with their garage fridge they used to store dear meat. That fridge was no cleaned before they gave it to us, and now that replacement has broken as well. MW properties has not kept us informed about when people will come to the property to fix things. I do not recommend renting from this company.

xxxxx is a man of his word. You can count on him; he is very trustworthy.
