Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is not as simple as thatI gave them two addresses because he delayed the shipping of my original order so when I finally got him on the phone again I had him send it to where I was headed on vacationThen when I made a second order he sent it to my vacation address not my home after I gave him my home shipping addressHe did not ship the correct boots for over six monthsSo if he wants to provide transaction dates and corresponding shipping dates the truth can really come outI left a stern message not a "hostile" oneThere was no threat, just me strongly stating that I would get a lawyer involved if necessary and that I was filing a complaint with the Better BureauThe only reason he tried to refund me three times is because I called him repeatedlyI have given him two credit card numbers to tryNot sure why he cannot just issue me a check at this pointHowever, he can try these two numbers again Discover: [redacted] Expiration: 07/digits on back: *** Visa: [redacted] Expiration: 06/digits on back: *** Sincerely, [redacted]

First the customer got the correct product and gave me the wrong address2nd we gave this customer a great deal and helped him out all the way3rd I didn't have to take the CORRECT product back but I didI even paid the return freight and sent him a return labelTelling the truth is always
better when you are looking for something for nothing. Anyway we have tried to issue a credit to him but he KEEPS giving us card numberI called him and asked for the card number we charged him for his orderHe was lost as to the number he had given us. We have tried to process this timesHe called us and left a very hostel message but refuses to give us the correct numberWe need the correct number so the bank will refund us the card fees. If could help us out by getting the correct information from this guy I will process a credit less the return freight. Thanks for your help
