The employees did not greet us wouldnt help us look for the items we were searching for they followed me my mother and my aunt around like we were gonna steal and stared and gave rude looks. I would never spend my money there. They did the same thing to my aunt when she went there for graduation decorations. Two strikes your out!!!

Ordered a forty dollar balloon order. The order was supposed to be two groupings of different colors: green and white, and pink and purple. Was not able to pick them up the evening before the party because girl could not inflated them less than a couple minutes a balloon. When I arrived to pick them up in the morning the store was not open at ten am. The manager showed up at about five after. She watched me try to open the doors and walked right by me without saying a word. When I entered the store she did not apologize for opening late. I picked up my balloon order. She then watched me get stuck in the door way with large balloon bags without a word or help. When I arrived at the party I discovered the order had been mixed up and several balloons were deflated despite paying more for high float. When I called to bring it to her attention she was very rude on the phone and made no offer to made it right. Will never shop here again.
