deliver only the gallons of oil, but themeter shut off valve malfunctioned and gallons was delivered into the customer's oiltank.This customer is set as a COD account with our company, and therefore an invoice wascreated so that the customer could pay $for the extra ga llons that she received.After receiving the invoice the customer contacted our office and was "EXTREMELY RUDE" toour staff, using foul language and yelling at three different employees.Our Sales Manager had to ask her to refrain from the use of the profanities and to calmdownAfter talking with the customer she was offered the option of having the productpumped out by MX, which we are legally permitted to do under New York State law, or shecould pay $(a cent per gallon discount) with the payment spread over a two monthperiod We will leave this payment option open to herThe first payment of $would berequired by June 1, and the second by July 1, 2015.We have an excellent reputation for dealing with our customers, and we have excellentemployees who go out of their way to help our customersWe do not accept our employeesbeing verbally attacked on the phone by anyonePlease advise the customer that due to heraggressive nature on the ph one to our employees, she can either make the payments, or wewill have no option but to call the Sheriff and have him escort our driver to pump the productfrom her tank.Sincerely,*** ***Vice President

gauge may not move the amount he has calculated. The cold weather will always have this effect on a tank containing a liquid. All our delivery trucks have meters t hat are calibrated and sealed by New York State on a regular basis. We are required by law to deliver and sell propane converted to 60 Degree F. I have verified the truck meter and the delivery tickets. I found that all is in order and Mr. [redacted] has received the quantity indicted on the delivery tickets.
