When this business called to set up my delivery of my new couch I asked if they would take my old couch I was told that they would When they came to deliver my new couch the driver said they didn't take your old couch (which is leather and only years old) I then called the company and the man I spoke with hung up on me when I told him I was told that my old couch would be picked up

This company is the worse. I had a delivery scheduled on a Friday. Waited the entire day only to get a call saying the truck broke down. I told them that wasn't my problem and that they should get another truck. I was told I would get a call back and never did until the next day when I was told the reason I didn't get my produce from [redacted] was because it was damaged. I informed the second person from MXD that the other person told me the truck broke down. Now they won't call me back to reschedule. How could [redacted], or anyone else, use such an unprofessional, irresponsible company like this? It has now been 3 days and no return call.
I ordered some furniture through West Elm that was scheduled to be delivered Sunday from 2:30-4:30 PM and had email and voicemail to confirm. They said they would call before they arrive as well. We waited around all afternoon and evening with no call and no-show for my delivery. I call and leave messages and no response or call back. The only answer they could give me was that the person who delivered that day was not in today so I would have to wait until the next day to learn more about my delivery, making it at least 2 days late if I ever even get it. Horrible service and I'm really disappointed that West Elm would choose to work with these people.
