The delivery guy deliberately got rid of the paper in which the statement was written onHe even asked if I purchased the furniture from them that was damage because they have a similar styleThe other delivery guy even took pictures with his phone and now I'm guessing that didn't occur eitherThe female at the office that took my complaint and apologized for their behavior is now mysteriously saying she didn't receive a callIt is ashamed when customers are treated this way especially the ones who are defending this country so that these type of people can continuously scam and take advantage of people because they are just hiring people without properly investigating their backgroundsThe guy was rude upon my first encounter with, the female clerk even said they had been riding around trying to find my address or were frustrated because they hadn't been able to locate meI would like for my head board to be repairedI don't have to file a claim, I could easily suck it up and have this item repaired but why should I when it was due to the negligence of an unprofessional personI work in customer service and have for years, the way in which he acted upon encountering me was very unprofessional, the way the were dressed was very unorofessioalPants hanging down, this company needs to take ownership of the individuals the hire/contract out to represent them
We apologize for your experience with MXD. We strive to provide excellent customer service and support. I am unsure as to why the driver that was sent was not a US citizen as there were ample notes in our computer system. As far as the drivers waiting 30-minutes, they are only
required to wait minutes because of the other deliveries that have to be made. It would set the drivers back if they had to wait that long. You are currently scheduled for pick up on 1/28/17. I apologize for the delay in response

Good Morning, I first would like to apologize for your experience thus far with our companyOur goal with every interaction is to deliver the best service to our customersI do show the order was to originally ship from the Sam's vendor on 8/That trailer ended up not shipping until 8/The
order then was physically shipped out from the vendor on 8/and was received at our Dallas location on 9/The order shipped out from Dallas on that following Monday, 9/The item was then received at our second cross dock in Illinois on 9/Your order shipped from ILX on 9/and was received that same day at the delivery site who would have completed the home deliveryWe then received notification on 9/12, that this order was to be cancelledThe order is currently still at our Chicago locationI will ensure that this return will start heading back to Sam's on the very next returns truck that we have runningOur intent is to always deliver delight to our customersI want to again apologize for your experience.Thank You,

Helapologize for your experience with MXD. We strive to provide excellent customer service and support. Unfortunately the orders were entered under separate order numbers which is where the mix up happened. As far as the time frame for delivery, we are unable to give a time
frame until the day before the delivery because of how we route the orders. The routes aren't made until the day before the delivery is to be made. I hope this answers your questions

Thank you for expressing your concerns regarding the delivery. Please understand that the delivery paperwork attached does not note anything in regards to damage as you claim. The signature on the document was compaired to the signatures you sent us and MXD finds no evidence...
to suggest the delivery team forged your signature or altered the paperwork in any way. MXD Group does almost 2 million deliveries per year and this is the first complaint I am aware of where it was stated the delivery team forged a signature.
Please note that your claim is still under investigation and no decision has been made determining liability at this time. As I stated to you last Thursday, please forward the emails we discussed that you sent to the manufacturer of the merchandise on the days following the delivery.
MXD Group needs as much documentation as possible to facilitate your claim.

This company is refusing to hold it employees responsible for their actions. They are doing a lot of covering up from them getting rid of my written a statements to them being dishonest about me calling in reporting the damage. No one wants to be held accountable and I'm just supposed to suck it up and drive on. I work hard for the items that I purchase and make sacrifices that some would dare to do in order to live a comfortable life and to have someone just op one in your home and destroy your personal items and show no regards for their actions is just in human. I emailed QVC which was the company I ordered the mattresses through, I have no email traffic because once the email wa received I got a call from the corporate office apologizing for what happened but relinquishing their responsible and placing it solely on e company they contracted to do it which was the company in question listed in the complaint. I just want my items repaired to the state it was in before they entered my home and it is unfair that I am being made out to be some type of scam artist because of domes disgruntled, dishonest employees.
