Do not be tempted to rent from this firm They overcharge first of all and you can find something cheaper and better elsewhere I had nothing but problems once I moved in The heater stopped working the first week I was there I submitted a work order and asked about getting it fixed numerous times to no avail They also would make no other repairs as well The water leaked and I had to turn off the water heater to avoid paying for the gas to heat water that was running down the drain Cabinets hung from the walls, light fixtures hung from the ceiling They also never cleaned anything The laundry room was disgusting with mold, trash, and food all over Finally could not take it anymore and had to move out, losing money because deposit is non refundable You can't do anything against them as they are listed as non profit

I had a complete exterior house washing performed by MultiMan Services.
The job was completed as promised. The service man, Eddy, was polite and consciously considerate of my plants. The exterior of my home has never looked better!

DO NOT RENT THROUGH SECOND CHANCE RENTAL. They are just out for money and act like they really want to help you.. THEY DON'T! I had to pay my move in BEFORE I signed my lease through them. Then went to the complex and signed another lease. They do not go through the tenant act. And they will change your locks if you get an "attitude", "cuss" or "argue" with them. If you're short on your rent you better pray to the heavens they don't come change your locks. I was short $100 and they called every [redacted] day until I paid. They don't care for your safety or your children's. The only complexes they seem to work with are [redacted] ones, where the police drive through daily and have the swat team kicking down someone's door.
The managers at every complexes I've gone to look at seem like they're in the clouds or high off something, or fresh out of rehab, or from [redacted].. They're eally rude and pushy. The "manager" [redacted] at Mountain Vista Apartments is very unprofressional & rude with broken english and gets mad if you can't understand her. She has yelled at me in front of my kids, and then went and lied to 2nd chance saying I have a bad attitude. I have had nothing but problems here. I've only been here for 5 months!!! And they have one old man, who is creepy and a pervert, who should be retired, who is the ONLY supposed case worker that does inspections and pops up when he wants to, comes into your unit without permission. Says he's doing inspections, when he really sits on his [redacted] for 5 minutes, then leaves. If you have disabled kids like mine, God forbid them to make simple minor damage to the unit, the case worker will treat you as if your in HIS house causing problems. I hate him. Seriously. He is a rude [redacted] and takes everything personal. He called me and kept hang in up on me then told the office I was the one hanging up. The manager and maintenance claim to be scared of me when I've never spoken to maintenance because HE DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! The people at the Second chance rental office are mostly family, and when they're fighting with each other they take it out on whoever is in the office. Rolling their eyes etc. I have had my car damaged, & called the police to file a complaint just to be served with a "termination of rental agreement" by 2nd chane FOR CALLING THE COPS TO REPORT A CRIME TO MY VEHICLE BY SOME STUPID TENANT.
THESE people are a [redacted] joke and should be SHUT DOWN. I pay over $150 above the regular complex rent. It's complete bt!!!! I unfortunately am living in a complex and I will be moving out ASAP.

My 2nd chance rentals aka (Step by Step)is a bunch of crap. ?they make promises to help you out and they don't give you any plus you pay more for rent through them than going to the actual apartments themselfs
