I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

 I followed all terms and conditions to my knowledge. I received a response with an inaccurate account balance and responded within minutes of receiving the email and never heard back again. I have contacted them many many times through [redacted] as that appears to be the only way to get a quick response but the past several times I have left them responses there I have been ignored. It is clear from the countless complaints their [redacted] page is riddled with and poor reviews on the [redacted] app that they are pulling the wool over all of their user's eyes.

The complainant contacted our company via our customer service channels to dispute what she ad earned for using our app [redacted]. The complainant states that a user earns at least $3 per month....

This is the case if the user complies with our terms and conditions that are posted on our site ad. The complainant did not comply with all of the terms and conditions and hence her earnings were effected. The complainant say we did not respond to emails. We have a record of responding to the complainant 3 times via email

Review: The app "[redacted]" owned by this business guarantees a minimum earning of $3/month just by having the app installed on your phone. After using it for about a month my earnings stopped accruing. I contacted [redacted] after a few weeks (thinking it was just a glitch that would be fixed on its own) and was told to just email them for a correct account balance. The balance I was told was not mathematically correct per what they promise to pay out. I responded explaining approximately what my balance should be and never got a response. I left comments on their [redacted] page, as that seems to be the best way to reach them, and was told that they responded to my email and that was that. I re-explained my problem and also mentioned that I had responded back to them and was waiting to hear a correct amount of money that I had earned so that I could cash out. I never received an answer. It has been months and months of my running their app for them for free. Their [redacted] page is flooded with similar complaints. This is a SCAM!Desired Settlement: I installed the app in October and was told that I would receive a $1 sign-up bonus as well as AT LEAST $3 a month. By that math I am currently owed at least $19 by [redacted] and My Ad Network, Inc.

Review: I have been a member of [redacted] for well over a year and have received payment only twice. Since October of 2014 my account has failed to properly accrue earning on both of my devices linked to my account, despite the continued ads I receive constantly, which now include pop-up ads. I have fulfilled my obligation to view their ads and expect my payment for services rendered. I have attempted to contact the company via email multiple times in an attempt to address the issue with no response. I would be more than happy to forward said email to the Revdex.com at any time.Desired Settlement: I expect to be compensated for the past 10 months for both devices in the amount of $50, which should be the correct payment for the length of time for 2 devices. I would also request contact from the company in response in a timely manner.
