Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It is not true.Yes, [redacted] ended up qualifying for the loan, but it was after a long extension of our contractHad the work been done by Kyle in a timely matter that would not have been the caseAgain, Kyle was NOT in touch on a monthly basis & it took several attempts on our part to get a hold of him before we'd get a responseIn fact, when I called him myself he NEVER reapondedAlso, Kyle had originally set us up to work with Parker & Kyle ended up taking over when we started complainingyet Kyle didn't do any betterThere is no way that this complaint should come as a surprise, because we have complained many times to them, our loan officer & our real estate agent Sincerely, [redacted]

We are very surprised by this complaint. We have been in touch with [redacted]  and were able to help increase his credit scores and optimize his credit report for mortgage financing. [redacted]'s  Account manager Kyle  was InTouch monthly. As we were working as quickly as possible...

to get him qualified. Due to [redacted]'s employment situation  it was difficult getting in touch with [redacted]. Due to the lack of phone service where he works.  The complaint finds us surprised as he qualified for the mortgage loan. And as we worked with his mortgage lender we were under the assumption everything was A greenlight for the loan underwriting.  Often times reaching a member of our support staff may require leaving a message or email during high call traffic hours.  Kyle had been in touch with [redacted]  just a week or two before the loan was scheduled to close. And was under the assumption he was another success story of helping a borrower repair, establish and increase their credit score to take advantage of the historically low interest rates available through their mortgage company whom had referred them.

Again, Kyle was NOT in touch on a monthly basis & it took several attempts on our part to get a hold of him before we'd get a response. In fact, when I called him myself he NEVER reaponded. Also, Kyle had originally set us up to work with Parker & Kyle ended up taking over when we started complaining.... yet Kyle didn't do any better. There is no way that this complaint should come as a surprise, because we have complained many times to them, our loan officer & our real estate agent.
