Review: I order a dog Kennel from this company on June 6, 2013. I place order with [redacted] at that time she stated I would receive my kennel with 3-4 weeks because I informed her I needed it ASAP and if she couldn't have it to me by 3-4 weeks I would go with another company but she assured me that I would have it by that time. I gave [redacted] my credit card information and she charge me a total of 3,825. its been three months and I still haven't received my merchandise. I call and call sometimes I will get an answer with them tell me My order has been process and they will call me back with delivery date and they never called back. I am very upset with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like my kennel or a refund ASAP

Review: I ordered a chicken coop on January 15th 2014 with an estimated delivery date of 5 weeks. [redacted], the company representative has told me numerous times that the product has been shipped. I have yet to receive product. Detailed timeline is available if needed, including email correspondence.Desired Settlement: I need delivery or full refund. It is not acceptable for this to be delayed any longer!

Review: Ordered product, 4 night guards and 2 rolls of repellant tape, for a total of $119.70. I had to call twice to find out where my order was. The vendor would not return calls. Product was finally sent to me July 7.. One product was received from amazon, the other ups from the company. No statement was received in either shipment. My July 29 credit card statement showed that they billed me $1,197.00. On July 29 I informed both the cc Co. And the vendor of the billing error. The vendor verified my purchase of $119.70 and said she would process the credit to my cc. This was not done so the cc Co. Reviewed the dispute but said because I don't have a statement they cannot do anything to help me. I can't get through to the company and do not have a receipt/statement for my order so am stuck.Desired Settlement: I want my amish goods to own up to their billing error and send me a check for $1,077.30.

Review: I placed an order for a Chicken Coop on 3/28/2014. I was told that it would take 3 weeks to build it and another week for Shipping. After a month I called and was told by [redacted] that because of Easter being a very significant holiday for the Amish the factory was behind and that it would be shipped in another week or so. Continued to wait and have been told that I would be contacted. I have not been contacted and I have tried Email and multiple voicemails. I prepaid ($2175.00) for the coop.

In desperation I googled the company and found the Revdex.com and saw that they had a rating of “F”.

Review: I have been looking for a chicken coop, and followed through by asking for a quote on a chicken coop. The email was returned by "[redacted]" who stated she had one that was already built and was on a trailer, and enroute to my area, and if I hurried, I could get this coop. I was told by [redacted] that this coop was cancelled by a previous customer. If I hurried, and made the purchase on this product (purchased on July 3) and she would have it delivered on the following Monday, (July 8, or July 9). This coop wasn't delivered, and so I then called, and left a message as "[redacted]" left on the answering machine that she would be back into the office on Wednesday, July 10th. I called, and the same message was on the machine on Wednesday, July 10th so I left a message threatening to discontinue my order. "[redacted]" then called me back and told me that her husband "[redacted]" was on a heart transplant list, and thus was the reason she wasn't there to accept calls. She promised me then that my coop would be delivered by either Thursday or Friday (July 11, or 12th) or the very latest this past weekend and that she was having trouble with the driver. My phone calls today haven't been returned, and neither has my emails. They have 1490.00 of my money taken out of my checking account on July 5th.Desired Settlement: Discount on the item for waiting

Review: I ordered a chicken coop from My Amish Goods and it was never sent to us. Debra B[redacted] refuses to call us regarding our inquiries about the coop. She emails about once a week, but she has never had any reliable information nor have any of her delivery estimates ever actually occurred. She charged our credit card twice for the same item. We had to handle this with the credit card company. Per other customers, these events have happened many times to others.Desired Settlement: Ultimately, having the chicken coop we ordered on the expected delivery date would be our desired outcome. This now is impossible as that time has come and gone long ago. It now seems only reasonable to get our money back and seek products elsewhere. Ideally, Debra and Jack B[redacted] from My Amish Goods would be investigated to the full extent of the law and prosecuted appropriately for their scam business of stealing money from consumers.

Review: We purchased a dog house from MyAmishGoods.com back in October of 2013. The business owner said that it was coming but we never saw anything, after several emails and phone voicemails we still did not see anything. We canceled our ordered and wanted our refund of about $1,900. The owner said she would take care of it and after two more months we still have not see anything.Desired Settlement: I want the refund back on my card.

Review: The company promised to pay a full refund for a chicken house that was never delivered. It was supposed to arrive one month after we ordered it. It was ordered jan. 31st, 2013. Two months later, after being told twice, it was on its way, it didn't arrive. We were told we would receive a full refund. We have been told by email and phone several times that the issue is being resolved. Finally, we received a check for 1200 of the 1,725.00 they owe us. Today, July 22, we found out the check was returned for non sufficient funds.Desired Settlement: We want $1,725.00 refund. It can be a credit card refund or a certified check.

Review: I ordered a mobile chicken coop in October of 2013. I paid in two installments of $1800, Oct 4 and Oct 7. I was assured a delivery of mid-November. The coop has yet to arrive. Yesterday, April 1, when I spoke to My Amish Goods via telephone, I was told the coop might arrive next week, an answer I've heard many times before. However, I became very alarmed when My Amish Goods made an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account for $1800 yesterday at 12:45 p.m. Not only did the clean out my checking account, but they did not immediately restore my money to my account, leaving me and my family without funds. I called them and they promised to restore my money. As of this moment, April 2 at 5:07 p.m., I still have not heard from them regarding this, though both I and my husband have called repeatedly and emailed them.Desired Settlement: I want them to (1) refund the $1800 taken April 1 immediately via bank transfer; (2) deliver the promised coop by Wednesday, April 9. If delivery is not possible, I want my full payment from October, $3600, returned to me via bank transfer

Review: Purchase was made online and paid for 04/12/2014. Merchandise was to be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Owner - [redacted] does not respond to emails (exception of one in which she said merchandise would be delivered within 2 weeks (by May 9th) however date past without receipt of merchandise. Several phone messages have been left for owner but not returned. Request was submitted for return of purchase price $2345.00.Desired Settlement: Full refund requested in the amount of $2345.00 back to credit card.
