my wife took her car for oil change to this place in Perris the owner told her it was going to to be $79.00 dollars then he came out saying the car needed coolant change it did not needed but since she had sing the papers already they did it anyway he charge for coolant $36.00 plus $52.84 labor she end up paying him a total of $149.00 dollars this owner is abusing female custumers just because he think that females do not know about cars we will never go back to this place for nothing I am her husband I went back to ask him why he did it to her and his answer was that she already sing the papers .

I took my car to My Care Auto to get my check engine lite off so that my truck can pass a smog. They did a diagnostic and said that my electric egr vavle, oem gas cap and that a evap vapor purge solenoid was the reason my check engine lite was on and that it would cost me $650 to fix. But my check engine lite would b still on because I had to get my transmission fixed. So I tell them ok fix the stuff for the $650 but I wanted to get a second opinion on my transmission and shop around for prices because they were trying to charge me $1900 for a used transmission with a 3month warranty. They said they fixed the stuff for the $650 so I paid them picked up my truck and took it to another shop the other shop said that my transmission was finished but they offered to rebuild my transmission for $1900 with a 6month warranty or 10,000 miles which ever came first. So I went with that they fixed my transmission but my check engine lite was still on so I took it right back to My Auto Repair Center and they did another diagnostic and then they tryed to say that my HO2S 21 Heater Control Circuit High was now the new reason that my check engine light was on and that I should go get that fixed some where else because I expressed to them that I felt like I shouldn't have to pay for anything else. So after arguing with them I took my truck back to the same place that did my transmission and they said that that was the problem with my truck so I ended up paying them $218 to fix that problem. So I finally start driving my car around for barely a day and my check engine lite comes back on and on my dash it says its for the gas cap and I dont feel comfortable dealing with My Auto Care I feel like they cheated me enough and I feel like they owe me a refund.
