Review: I signed a contract with this company to get someone out of jail. The contract states that I can revoke the bail for any reason in the first 30 days. I want to revoke the bail because I can't guarantee the the person will go to court. The representative stated that they will not revoke he's bail. And that even if I sign off the bail. I'm still legally responsible for the remaining balance. I told them if they won't put him back in jail and revoke hes bail they aren't holding up to thier legal side of the bargen then I'm not responsible for the remain amount due. So they stated that the person I bailed will have 24 hours to get someone else co-sign or they will put him back in jail. And now they are not going to do that and that they won't revoke his bail. And that I can only sign off on the total amonut 45,000 dollars but I'll still liabl fir the $3600.00. That wasn't what I signed. I don't believe if this company won't hold up to Twitterside iI should be still responsible for mine. They broke the agreement and now I believe I'm not liable for any thing else!Desired Settlement: Give me something in writing that since they won't revoke his bail I'm not responsible for the remaining amount.
