mailed to her address at the property, per her instruction.  [redacted] would not supply our staff with a forwarding address, but said that she changed her address with the [redacted] and they would forward the close out to her.   On June *, 2015 we received a payment in the amount of $38.02, leaving her with an outstanding balance of $98.03.  Our in-house collection department made an attempt to contact her for the balance of the account owed.   We had gotten no response.   Her account was then sent to an outside collection agency.   Enclosed is: 1)      a copy of the returned enveloped, marked as “Unable to Forward” by the [redacted]. 2)      the Notification of Disposition of Security, which clearly states that the tenant is to contact us in writing if they have a dispute; 3)      the Disposition of Security Deposit, which is a statement of the final billing, and money owed; 4)      the History/Notes on her account (from when we started to manage the property), and 5)      the Transaction Listing, showing the charges and payments to her account.   For your convenience, also supplied is a copy of the letter sent to [redacted] from the collection agency.  At this time, the outstanding balance as reported to the collector has not affected her credit report, and will not if the payment of $98.03 is received by them within 60 days of their contact.   PER RECORDS enclosed for your review, [redacted] does, in fact, owe the balance of $98.03.
