I requested an address to return an ordered item for a refund I was informed that I did NOT qualify for a refund because I had received the item within days of ordering and they felt they had described the item completely in their ad!!! That is a quote, by the way I object to this on SEVERAL points The MAJOR point being that they do NOT identify that the product is VERY cumbersome AND a health rick to me an elderly lady with health issues They do NOT identify this LACK of return policy or complete lack of customer service!!! The ad also gives the PRESCEPTION of a larger more manageable product All I want is my money back and after having to go through this hassle I want them to pay the return shipping for their complete lack of customer service
