Review: A consumer complaint and a demand for payment letter was sent to [redacted] of My Beautiful Wedding on [redacted], The letter was a demand of $(balance of $paid in cash) on [redacted], for wedding services (decorations and cake) scheduled to take place in [redacted] After learning of my pregnancy of twins babies, I cancelled the wedding services (decorations and cake) in [redacted], and requested the $be returned to me[redacted] of My Beautiful Wedding agreed to return the total of $for services that were not going to be rendered; however, she returned only $and agreed to pay back the balance of $as soon as she could because she said she had spent the moneyIn [redacted] 2014, after losing my twin babies and in dire need of money, I contacted her insisting that she return the remaining balance of $She stated that she was financially unable to make repayment because she had not been working due to taking care of a relative whom had been in a bad car accidentEven though I was grieving and was financially distressed, I sympathized with her and waited patiently for repaymentTen months had elapsed and after making numerous telephone calls and sending text messages, it became apparent that I would not receive payment of the balance of $She was not in compliance with the demand for payment letter sent to her as she only sent $of the $that she owed meOn [redacted], 2015, she wrote a check out to me for $and sent the check to me via regular mailIn addition, she sent a personal/business check from her bank which is located in [redacted] when I requested a certified check or money order to ensure that the cash would be readily available and not to further extend payment of cash due to insufficient fundsIn addition, she wrote on the back of the check for deposit only to further inconvenience me by not allowing me to cash the check in return for cash money.Desired Settlement: As of today, [redacted] 2015, [redacted] still owes me $According My Beautiful Wedding Facebook page and [redacted], she has provided services for numerous weddings over the period of time that she has owed me and continues to perform wedding services that is generating incomeSome of the profits received from performing these wedding services should have been used to repay me in full (see [redacted] for wedding services prices)She has taken her time to pay back what she promised to pay over a year agoI am very unhappy with her unwillingness to pay in full the amount owed and her desire to pay me a little here and thereAs a consumer, I am most unhappy because I have to ask/beg for the return of money for services that were not rendered in spite of the My Beautiful Wedding advertisement quote stating the following: We take great pride in attending to the needs of our clients and strive to make Customer Service and Satisfaction our #priority
