I am rejecting this response because:
his response is absurd - he took zero responsibility except to act like a complete *** - removed my wife and I from his restaurant which was humiliating- never had that done before - he hung up on me times , and refused to issue me a refund in a timely manner - I did not agree to allow him to refund me after his stressful rush which he clearly was unable to handle as a business owner - he took my money - we didn't get our order within anything reasonable quoting a 1/hour wait after they took our money - - no customer would consider 1/hour wait for delivery with at least telling the customer beforehand and then to have no recourse to resolve the problem except to have the owner incapable of conflict resolution except to inconvenience him during his busy restaurant rush that he had no ability to professionally deal with except to resort to hanging up on me times as his way to defuse his own stressHe refused to give us our money except to throw us out of his restaurant because he didn't want his loyal customers hearing that he was refusing to give us our money back when we asked for it except to throw us out of his restaurant without cause - the fact that he refunded after hours is completely unacceptable and he clearly wronged us in violation of civil tort - we will be pursuing an attorney to ascertain damages of his civil wrong doing - he refused to refund our money and threw us out of his restaurant without cause - the fact that he reversed the transaction after hours is immaterial - we were wronged and treated so badly - who does he think he is that he can act so maliciously without any provocation - we simply wanted dinner and he destroyed our long standing customer relationship - apparently that means nothing - this owner is beyond the scope of anything that remotely resembles a professional or a decent personNo integrity, no business sense of conflict resolution and clearly unethical as a professionalWe have NEVER had such an experienceWe are appalled and will never ever give my buddies our business ever again

I talked to customer on phone tried to reason with him over a charge. Explained I was extremely busy and would take care of it after the rush. Customer said it was unreasonable and demanded a full refund right now. I reassured him I would do it at the end of the rush. He refused to accept that and...

drive down to restaurant. Demanded I take care of it right now in front of him, I told him same thing I told him on the phone that I would take care of it before the end of the night which I did as I promised. I apologize if he felt I was rude but I was under a lot of stress to get through the rush.
