I have used My Buddy the Plumber for three years to start my A/C It was a unit and they kept it going as long as they could This year it finally died, and they gave me a very competitive quote, and in the heat of May on a Friday, I said I wanted it installed They had people out that afternoon, worked until 10PM, and then came back and finished the job to my great satisfaction They new unit freezes us out if it is turned down to low I am very satisfied with them and have recommended them Matt the supervisor came out and added the personal touch

We had Duncan Plumbing replace a sewer line in June of In February of 2016, we had plumbing problemsThe company that came out determined that a part of our sewer pipe was disintegrating and had roots inside of itWe told them that they were wrong since we had the whole pipe replaced in They ran a camera inside and showed us that we were right, the pipe had been replacedEverything but the last feet! We contacted Duncan Plumbing and they went out to take a lookThen they called us back and let us know that according to their contract they had replaced feet of pipe and that they weren’t responsible for the last feet!!! We have had two other sewer lines replaced in homes and the companies that did them always replaced the whole sewer line Nobody ever replaced 90% of an old sewer line and said it was doneOur understanding was that they were paid $15,650, plus over $in permits, to replace a whole sewer line, not just partial Now we are having to pay o

My Buddy Plumbing was very professional and was amazingThey were very fair on their prices and did an exceptional jobWhen I called Derek and told him what was happening he came and did a bid for us a day before he was supposed to comeHe also rearranged some of his scheduling to get us taking care ofHe sent out Chuck and Jeff for our water heater and Andy for the furnace all the same dayIf I have any more problems they will be the first people I call
