Review: [redacted] subscribed to MyBusiness Assistant services for several years (24/7 Live Telephone Assistant). We had a mutual agreement to terminate the service in June 2014. MyBusiness Assistant acknowledged that and transferred the ownership of the telephone line, [redacted] back to [redacted].
Our corporate Credit Card continued to be charged at $400 per month until March 2015 when we noticed that our Credit Card was expired & MyBusiness Assistant finance office emailed us for the renewed card details.
[redacted] was charged (without authorisation) for 9 months in total of $3,600.Desired Settlement: [redacted] would like to receive a refund in the amount of $3,600 from MyBusiness Assistant.
