Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I guess the only thing left to do is to get an attorneyHe tricked us into buying a car that was no goodHe said there was no warranty but he guaranteed his cars and would fix themA few days later I bought another car from him and a Mitsubishi Mirage that was supposedly inspectedThe car has no hornThis man is crookedI will be finding out the name of the car dealership where he gets his inspections also and report them for fraud on the inspections and inspection stickersThi man can NOT be allowed to continue to steal people's money by selling lemons Regards, [redacted]

Please know we will NOT be paying for any towing. The customer came to the shop yesterda9/21/16,y and she was told we will help her repair the car at a reasonable rateName calling is not acceptable and disrespectful. The customer has been treated respectfully. If she wants the car repaired at a reasonable rate WE CAN DO ITThis was a Pre-OWNED VEHICLE WITH NO WARRANTY. Mother on the phone, Ms. [redacted] began yelling at Mr. [redacted] and being extremely rude.. That is when he told her we could not do the service  He was trying to avoid further conflict due to her extreme rudeness. The $20 was for the time he took out of his workday to get the inspection sticker.   Ms [redacted] returned today to the shop today9/21/16,  to ask for help and apologized for her rude behavior. I am rejecting this response because: I guess the only thing left to do is to get an attorney. He tricked us into buying a car that was no good. He said there was no warranty but he guaranteed his cars and would fix them. A few days later I bought another car from him and a Mitsubishi Mirage that was supposedly inspected. The car has no horn. This man is crooked. I will be finding out the name of the car dealership where he gets his inspections also and report them for fraud on the inspections and inspection stickers. Thi man can NOT be allowed to continue to steal people's money by selling lemons.
