Bought my car from the *** location in N. Richland Hills. I had a few questions about my car... found out the salesman went to jail. This business as a whole is extremely unprofessional. Huge lack in the customer service department. I didn't receive the detailing I was promised. My car smelled like smoke and the mechanics left oil spots on the roof interior (which is expensive to get detailed.). The mechanics (Alta Mere location) have no idea what they are doing... Took my car in upon buying it for issues, they kept my car for two weeks - none of the issues were fixed. Took it back again, kept it for a week, the issue was still unresolved. I decided to take my car to my own mechanic, which they fixed all issues in 2 hours. No one gave me a call to let me know my plates were ready. I wish I would have came to Revdex.com before buying a car from them. Do not give them your service.

I bought a Toyota Camry not even 30 days ago and my car is in Dallas stuck. I called the car lot and this unprofessional female kept putting me on hold acting like she trying to get information about what to do. How its possible I just made my 1st car payment and my car broke down already and tell me I have no warrant I have to get if fixed myself 1st of all no you all need to fix it. PLEASE DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE. ALL THAT INTEREST RATE ST I ALREADY PAID FOR THE CAR. BUT CAR LOT LIJE THIS WILL REAP WHAT THEY SOW..GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY AND YALL TAKING PEOPLE HARD EARN MONEY......

Purchased truck my MyCarStore in *** in August 2019 with $3000 down. Finance person at dealer had me lie on the phone with lending company stating I put $4000 down instead of $3000. She told me they were going to do the other $1000. I recently found out that the finance dept. lied to me and the bank stating I put down $4000 but I only put down $3000 & they did $0. I tried to get paperwork from dealer prior to leaving that day when salesman told me they were finalizing it all & then would get it to me. I continued to drive the truck and even came in and made my first payment on the due date 9/10/19 of $513 and tried to get copy of contract then. My salesperson was 'unavailable' and I was told there were now issues with my loan. I received a call from them approximately two weeks ago in which I brought the truck in to the dealership for some repairs and they told me they were keeping it as they couldn't get the loan approved. I have attempted to talk to multiple people at this dealership and they are extremely rude, they are refusing to provide me with any of the paperwork or allow me to speak to anyone in Management & hang up on me. Thank you.

On July 5,2019, I finance a vehicle with My Car Store. On Monday, September 02,2019, the car broke down on me while in the middle of the highway. I noticed that a rod in my engine. I started an insurance claim believing that I had ran over the rod. I had an inspector look at the car and he told me that there was no way that I could have ran over anything the car was in way damaged, the rod had popped in the actual motor of the car. I contacted main office on that Wednesday and told them the problems and was told someone would be contacting me with 24-48 hours about repair options. However I had less than 48 hours to have the car towed from the repair shop it was at. I called again on Thursday to get an answer on when the car would be moved from the repair shop. And was told that they hadn’t even started processing the claim yet. I then proceeded to ask to be put in a loaner vehicle or to be let out of my loan due to me already missing days of work due to no transportation. And this engine problem is obviously a preexisting issue with the car. I was told no to both options and that someone would be contacting me on Friday for my options. I also told the manager on Friday not to charge my card for note unless I was put in a loaner. He said he understood. Here it is Monday September 09,2019, and not only have no one even contacted me to let me know the status of the repair or if the car was even towed from the property, but they also charged my bank account for the car payment.

The march this year my truck heads got blown and I was forced for the first time in my life to try and finance a vehicle ans I have no credit so it was very hard. I found the car store online and immediately called them. I explained to *** the salesman what had happened to my truck and that I needed a dependable vehicle bc I worked two jobs and one I had to drive 45 minutes everyday and late at night I would be driving home. He assured me that he wold be able to help me. when I finally got to the location in ***. I met *** and explain him that I was under the gun bc I had to take a taxi to get there and had to be at my second job from *** by 8pm. I told him that had 1500 dollars to put down. he said that it wold be better to put 2000 down bc I could get in a better car that they only had one that they could let me have so he took me to see it and told me to test drive it . I took it down the street and can back. I asked *** about the cvt transmission, He always change the subject every time I would ask. I asked about about it being wrecked or salvaged. they because the car only had 9700 miles on it that the warranty they were going to sell me was going to cover the entire car bc it wold be considered new . so if anything happened with the transmisson that it would e covered under the warranty. After only having it a couple weeks I had to get the throddle body serviced and the insurance company would not cover that. After that I took it to niasson to the dealership topay 150 dollars to ave it dionoised. I do have all the dionoses as well as all the reciepts that all have had to pay for this car so far. the dealership said the they sold the car with a two year recall and the drain bolt was leaking transmission fluid as had to be drained and survived. also the lower control arm had the wrong bold bc the car had been wrecked and it was fixed very poorly. I have pictures of the control arms as well. I immediately went the next day to the altma mere location and tried to Talk to the manager about it all. I asked him if he would exchange the car. it still had not bee thirty days from the time I had bought the car. He explained to me that's why they sell the warranty insurance. I told him that I had called the insurance company and they won't cover anything that needed to be done. I also told him what nissan had said that there was no way that these people didn't know that the car was that messed up. These people knowly sold me a car that had no business being sold, I have had to put out money for repairs so cant pay the car note bc I just had to fix the transmission . missing my car notes bc all the money for repairs now I a facing loosing all the money that I have paid and put into this car . these people have no integrity that they would sell a single woman a heap of junk. All I want is to be able to drive the var i'm paying . In three yrs they want me to pay 15000 for something hat isn't worth 3000 dollars . the whole reason I wanted to buy a newer car was to not have to pay for it to be fixed, please can u help me

The car lot had my car repo on a Sunday and all mybthings where stolen out of my car the same day they came and picked it up now they say thsy dont know what happen it my things. They wouldn't take a payment for two months now they don't want to give me back my things they say that building got broken into and then people were arrested they got their cars back but they don't know what happened to my things all within 24 hours I have a lot more to the story but it would not all go on to this page please help me I'm losing my job behind the things that they stole out of my car it all has to do with my job equipment my kids personal things and they don't care only thing they tell me about is bringing them their car note money please someone help me

My Car Store Accepted fraudulent payment of 500.00 on March 1 2019 from some individual other than myself , debit payments under my name and I have NEVER had an account with them, or will I ever have a loan or any business with My Car Store! More needs to be done do NOT accept payments if Name does not match on the account loan... but I guess they just want the money instead of insuring proper practices.

I am rejecting this response because: I did not submit the payment for 500.00 whoever did so fraudulently, I do NOT hold an account or loan with My Car Store the bank account belongs to me ***, you can search your payment history for that day, I live in Humble TX and was never at My Car Store in FW to make said payment. So obviously my Car Store did not make efforts to check ID, verify addresses, or DOB. I would like to have that payment returned to me as I did not authorize it. I have attached my bank statement showing the date the payment was made along with the amount.

I purchase on September 29th, 2018 a Chevy Malibu from My car Store at 28th street location in ***, paid over $7000 cash for what I was told a reliable car. I told the salesman several times and their Manager *** , that I needed a really good car. This was every penny I have plus I narrowed money from family to cover the cost , my son needs a Kidney Transplant , I need a car that will not leave me stranded the car has to be very dependable I drive my son to Dr. Appointments and dialysis daily. *** shook my hand and said all their cars are inspected and reliable. Yes ma'am it is a good car. I am from a small town in Nebraska where a hand shake and your word meant something. At about a week on October 9th the way out of *** to a Dr. Appointment to see the surgeon my dash lights went out, my engine light came on, and the transmission went into limp mode , I had to Barrow my mom car and we were late for the appointment. We had them pick up the car via flat bed truck the next day October 10...and take it too the shop to fix...I was still with out my car up to November27th...when my husband and I call *** to find out the status we get the run around that he is busy and he will call back...he NEVER RETURNS A CALL... November 28th they told us they would not fix the problem....we were told it was electrical ground issue, then ignition issue, then we were told it was a transmission problem...
We want them to either pay for the fix of the vehicle with our choice of mechanic or give our money back...

All of our cars are sold as is, especially cars sold "Cash". However, we brought the unit to our lot, and offered to pay for labor. Unfortunately, I will not cover all cost on a unit that was sold as is. *** did his part, by obtaining an exception to work on a car that has been paid off, we obviously made a mistake by bringing this car in.

I financed a 2005 Chevy suburban on October 1, 2018 from my car store ..
I test drove the vehicle and I liked it I noticed that the check engine light was on which the seller *** took it to his manager *** which he said that he’s going to have me to take the truck to the Main shop to get it reset .. not to mention after I left with the vehicle and came home I wasn’t able to Drive my vehicle until Thursday due to it breaking down on me the same day. the car lot had to get it towed to *** on 10/3/2018 For repairs Once I left the shop 10/4/18 the check engine light came back on I was informed that it has a major electrical problem which their mechanic verified that Also have a major oil and Coolant leak which caused me have to put oil in the car every other day and coolant in there every day . I have took this vehicle back to get it repaired several times out the month of October to solve this issue and it’s only costing me more Money and stress and that is the reason why am doing this complaint. I also asked for my money back The day it broke down which was October 1, 2018 They refuse and Reiterated I brought the car As Is. On October 9 I was driving to my prenatal appointment when I noticed that the truck was smoking from the Dashboard which I believe is from the electrical problems The car lot Is giving me so many problems yet they’re constantly calling about a payment.
I’m not able to get insurance due to not being able to drive it not only that they are refusing to give me my tags I have stress myself into a miscarriage and I just need assistance with this please I also got information from The DMV That it failed inspection in 2005 and That it passed expection 2018 Which could not be true because when I test drove it the check engine light was on if I’m not mistaken they said that it just can’t work done on it and need to Be reset

The sales rep falsified my contract and purposely put a fake social on my application. I cannot access my account online to view my contact or account or even make payments. This is bad business and fraud!!!!!

Our applications are filled out by the customer, as per company policy, to avoid situations as this. Account history shows that payments online have been made. This vehicle was sold on 1/20/2018, and was recently repossessed due to non payment (76 days past due, $1060) We feel the customer is now bringing this allegations due to the repossessions, we ask that this complaint is closed.

Regards of the loan delinquency this has been an ongoing issue and I’ve made several attempts to get corrected payments online were made in the very behinnng of the loan and and agent had to unlock it every time for me I never had personal access. The voluntary repo was just done less than 2weeks ago this request was put in way before I decided to have the company pick up the vehicle. This company has placed another social security number towards my loan which is FRAUD. I am looking to sue or my down payment of $500 nothing less!!

On 6/21/2018 I made contact with ***, salesman of 'My Car Store' in regards to purchasing a vehicle. I went to the dealership in hopes of purchasing a 2004 Jeep Liberty 3.75. After test driving the vehicle, I informed *** of the alignment and back wheel bearing, he stated that both would be fixed prior to my arrival the next day. My father asked if the problems were fixed, Mr. stated yes. After leaving the property within about a week or so, I had noticed from driving the vehicle on the highway that the problems were not fixed, I lifted the hood after having problems to see what was wrong and noticed, no fluids were in the vehicle. No oil, no transmission, no coolant, and no water. I called to make them aware of the issues, I was advised that since the vehicle was an 'as is' purchase, and to them the vehicle was driving fine, there was nothing they would do, I asked for a copy of the inspection and repairs because after having a mechanic look at the vehicle, I was advised that the vehicle shouldn't have been sold in the condition, *** stated 'ma'am, we don't keep record of those things and the state inspection isn't about the dashboard, just to make sure the vehicle doesn't smoke'. On 7/17 and 7/25, I sent two emails regarding the vehicle not functioning or driving properly and that I was in fear of my safety to *** and even today, I have not received a call or email back regarding my concerns. The vehicle had almost caught fire while I was inside of the vehicle and fuels from the vehicle leaked completely out, it was after bus. hours and no voicemail box for me to leave a message. On 7/28, I attempted to drive the vehicle again and the vehicle stopped and I was on side of the road. I called My Car Store and spoke with ***, I asked to speak with the manager of the lot because I was stuck on side of the road and the rep. stated for me to 'get a pen and paper' to take his number down. I stated again that I was on side of the road and asked for her to send an email or place me on hold and advise him of my situation, she stated 'get a pen and paper, i'm trying to assist you.' She read back the last 4 of my cell '***, he'll call.' He never did. On 7/30, the same issue happened, my mother called and spoke with ***, she placed my mother on hold for a long period of time, my mother disconnected and called back. Then *** stated that the manager was not in office and had stepped away. I then advised *** that it was I, calling again in regards to the vehicle and asked why no one had returned my calls or email about the malfunctioning of the 2004 Jeep, she stated that once they advise the manager of the concern, it's no longer their concern nor are they held responsible of the matter. It is now 8/02 and I have had zero calls/messages from anyone of this dealer lot, zero emails, when all I've asked for either a change of vehicle of equal or lesser value or for the repairs to be done on the vehicle as I am no longer able to drive the vehicle on the roads. I've only started receiving calls in regards to my car payment, nothing else. No concerns for my safety at all.

It is unfortunate the series of issues the car has had. That is precisely, the reason we offer a third party warranty to all of our customer, to help cover these unexpected expenses. Prior to the sale the issues where addressed, and none where present at the time of delivery. Customers are encouraged to take the vehicle to a mechanic prior to purchasing to ensure their full satisfaction. We sales vehicles, we do not rent them. Payments are not contingent to the vehicle working, those are two separate issues. Even though the vehicle was sold AS IS, we are willing to work with our customers that provide receipt of expenses, the portion covered is at management's discretion, however I will be clear that we do not cover dollar for dollar. Please submit receipts for mechanical, not cosmetic, expenses made to ***@***.com. We will respond within 24hrs.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me aside from the notion of the dispute specialist stating that "Prior to the sale the issues where addressed, and none where present at the time of delivery." All issues found wrong with the vehicle, aside from the vehicle catching fire were addressed to the salesman one (1) day prior to sale and the day of sale, the salesman, *** stated that all where fixed. After driving the vehicle on the freeway,that is when the vehicle was further looked at and no repairs were done. Calls and emails were sent with no response from lot manager or salesman and representatives at desk were rude during the time of call. All receipts of service will be sent to the email provided once vehicle is fully repaired.

Unethical Business Practices-DO NOT BUY FROM MY CAR STORE! I've been researching and have found several issues with the same experiences as ours. MY CAR STORE targets individuals with bad credit, no credit, repossessions-Consumers that typically don't know how to fight back. I will be filling a complaint with NBC 5 #NBC5RESPONDS on MY CAR STORE dealerships today. If you have purchased a car like ours where as soon as you drove off the lot the check engine light went off, a repair was needed, they took your money.....email me at *** and I'll submit all our complaints together to NBC 5. I'm including a link to a similar issue to ours filed with the Revdex.com also a link where the owner Jason *** was interviewed by CBS because several of his vehicles were hit with storm damage and insurance didn't cover the losses. It appears from similar complaints I've been reading they are recovering from the damage by cutting corners, stealing money from consumers, and committing fraud. News article where My Car Store was looking to expand to Weatherford and were denied "*** said his company had already spent $15,000 on the property." More losses they appear to be passing down to us consumers.
*** Here's our story-My husband purchased a 2016 Nissan Rouge on 6/4/2018. We put 5k down and financing was through Westlake Financial.
6/5/2018 the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT went on. We were contacted by the bank within 72 hours of purchasing the car to find out if we were satisfied with our purchase and the dealership. We told them NO the check engine light went on and we COULDN'T PASS STATE INSPECTION. The agent said "they couldn't continue the call".
The dealership called immediately after asking us to bring the car back and they would repair it. They asked for 2 things in return, first when Westlake called back to tell them we were satisfied with the purchase and second to tell them they "fixed" the issue. I'm assuming they couldn't get funding without this.
We were contacted by the dealership who said the issue was "fixed". We asked what was wrong, no repair paperwork provided. One guy said it was the gas cap the other a repair to the compressor.
The check engine light went back on. We took the vehicle to our mechanic in Keller, the dealership just cleared the check engine code but didn't fix the issue. The issues was the "fuel pressure regulator", the air filter was FILTHY, spark plugs were "fouled out". We were quoted $1,000 for the repair. Our mechanic told us to contact the dealership because this was FRAUD.
We contacted the dealership & Westlake financial "the agent said it sounded like FRAUD & they would investigate. Our first payment was due 7/4/18. Westlake financial advised not to pay until the dealership resolved or put us in another car. The dealership wouldn't return any calls (we have call logs). This went on for 3 weeks until finally the dealership called and asked us to bring back the car so they could "fix it".
7/16/18 We took the car to the dealership & asked the dealership to sign a paper we drafted to make sure the car was repaired & given back. Our car was boxed in so we couldn't leave. We called the police & the dealership LIED TO US & WESTLAKE Financial to buy the car back so they could take it back from us along with our 5,000. HIGHLY UNETHICAL & FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK OR OUR 5,000.

In February 2018 I bought a 2013 jeep grand Cherokee from My Car Store. 3 weeks after I bought the car the transmission started going out so I contacted them about it because I was not happy. I had just given them $7,000 down. they got the car in the shop and said it was only low on transmission fluid and brought it back to me. the same day I got it back when I drove it the car was still messed up so I contacted them again and they offered me a free warranty so that I could take it somewhere else to get it looked at. I was told I needed to wait 15 days to let the warranty kick in and then I would be able to take it to the shop. during that time the whole computer system in my car fried and caused the whole vehicle to shut including locking my keys in the ignition. it got fixed in the shop, I got it back, the same week I got it back I was on my way h0ome from out of town and the car started acting weird AGAIN. had to put it back in the shop because it wouldn't crank, come to find out the transmission went out again, radiator busted, coolant was leaking and oil was leaking. I contacted the dealership to talk about trading me in a new vehicle because I have paid so much money down for this vehicle and pay a high monthly payment, Eddie told me that he would put me in another car with noting down and no problems due to all the trouble I have had. so Monday June 11, 2018 I go to the dealership to get in a new car, then I was told no where will finance me because I don't have proof of income, which I do and provide my check stubs to them. this whole thing has been a run around and I am now $500 a month and $7,000 down payment down the drain because the car is a piece of crap and is in the shop every other week. the way they do business is not professional at all and I do not recommend them at all.

In October of 2017 *** had his car towed to us, because he claims another shop messed up his car. We looked at it and the timing chain broke, which is common on this vehicle. We gave him an estimate of a low mileage used motor from LKQ for $4500 with a parts and labor warranty. He said he didnt have the money. So he left his car here sitting until May of 2018. In may he called and said he found an engine for cheap and wanted to have it shipped to us. I informed him that was fine but there is no warranty on our end for parts or labor. He said he understood had it shipped to us. We installed the engine only to find out they shipped a motor with a broken timing chain. We contacted *** to let him know, this is when we got a price on an engine from LKQ and I felt bad for the guy so I decided to pull this engine back out and install the engine we bought without charging extra labor. This vehicle calls for $1900 to R&R and engine, so at this point it should be $3800 in labor charges, we charged $1500 in labor to do this job. The engine we bought from LKQ comes with a 6 month parts only warranty, I said I cannot warranty labor if there is a problem with this motor. LKQ offered a parts and labor warranty for $300 and Mr. declined that he didnt have enough money. We said that these motors have a timing chain problem and you dont get any warning that its breaking. This engine lasted about 30 days, I said I would get the engine warrantied but I would charge $1200 for labor. They expect me to do the labor for free again... I cannot do that it should be another $1900. I quit responding or talking to them when they said they were getting an attorney and expect me to give them money back for the engine they bought. I feel I have been more than fair and have done my part to help but they expect more.***Owner of Kwality Auto Lube

Purchased a used car on a note from their Haltom city location. After having it for only three weeks last Friday February 9 2018 the engine blew on me and all of my attempts to contact someone named *** to set up repairs or to at least come and remove the vehicle have been ignored and every call I have made I was told to call a different location. Had they sold me a working vehicle I shouldn't have to be in this situation.a mechanic friend of mine came out to look at the 2003 Jeep liberty, the vehicle they sold me, and he informed me that it would cost me no less then $2300 just to get it running again. This didn't include the cost to have it towed from the location where it completely died on me.

Chief Complaint : I traded in my 2007 chevy impala on December 19 of 2017 for a 2000 chevy silverado 1500. On January 14th 2018 the transmission went out on me not even 30 days off the lot. They wanted half of the transmission cost up front or refused to fix it! I would like a full refund which is the $2000 given to me as a down payment for the traded impala and the $180 spent on my 1st and only payment so far!

We sell cars "As Is" however we offered a cooperative resolution. We asked for the customer to simply pay $300 for transmission repairs, and we would cover the rest. We consider our resolution to be fair, given that our vehicles are sold without a warranty.

Regards,they want to replace the transmission with a used transmission which would probably put me in the same situation in the near future! the original content of my complaint is they want half up front they dont want to work with me on payments or tacking the payment on at the end! I have a total of 7 people and im in the process of getting more to as a group come together with our issues! no im not content with their policy and given the fact that I couldnt go a month with out a major train issue. I put in a 2007 chevy impala which that alone covers them in fees for the fix. I also have full coverage with them as the lean holder and I have a facebook post that continues with my issues for back up on the subject including a argumentative defense on whats write and wrong with one of their co workers. I intend on perusing this with many others tell they change their policy to better benefit their customers who are "treated bad" or simply push for them to be shut down. Im not going to sit hear and act as if my businees with them is fair in anyway.

I paid a $400 downpayment on a car, was unable to get financed, returned th car to the carlot at ***. I was told I would be refunded my $400, but they claim their card system has been down for four days.

purchased a 2003 Buick Rendezvous from a buy here, pay here car lot on November 9, 2017. The same day of the purchase, I started having issues with the vehicle before I even made it home. After noticing the vehicle issues, I took the vehicle back to the car lot on November 10, 2017. After speaking with the manager, he drove the car and noticed the same issues. The manager then put-in a work order for repairs on the vehicle and said someone would call me in a couple days to and give me instructions on when and where to take the vehicle in for the needed repairs.

On November 11, 2017, I started having more issues with the vehicle. Eventually the vehicle would no longer start later on in the evening. Again I called the lot so that I could voice my on going concerns and issues with the vehicle to the manager but was informed that the manager would not be available until the following Monday and that they would have him to call me on Monday morning. I waited for the call on Monday but did not receive any phone calls from any representatives from the car lot. This subsequently led me to call the car lot myself. When I called them I was met with unprofessional and rude behavior so I decided to havemy uncle drive me to the car lot so I could speak with some one face-to-face. I spoke to the manager again about the car and at this point requested that the car lot refund to me my money or for them to provide me with a vehicle comprable to the one I purchased. The manager said he could not do either of those requests but that he will have tge vehicle towed to their shop. The manager said if they discovered something majorly wrong with the vehicle, he would speak to the car lot owner about providing me another vehicle comprable to the purchased vehicle.

The vehicle was tentatively scheduled to be towed to their shop on Monday, November 13, 2017. The told me to give him a couple hours because they did not have a towing company that was contracted to work specifically with their car company. I receive a call Monday November 13, 2017 at approxinately 6:00 p.m. from another one of their car lots that had a mechanic on site. In the conversation she was trying to see if I could bring the car in on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. I informed her that the vehicle was not operable (would not start) and that I was told by the manager of the lot where I purchased vehicle from that the car lot would be towing the defective vehicle to their shop. I was then told by the representative that she wasn't given all the information on the vehicle but that the vehicle will be towed in on Tuesday, November 13, 2017 sometime in the morning and if did not happen to give them a call at the number that she gave me.

On Tuesday, November 13, 2017, no one showed to tow the vehicle and at approximately 11:30 a.m. I called the car lot to inquire about the vehicle not being towed to their shop as was stated to me in the previous phone conversation with the car company. I informed them that I was told that the vehicle would definitely be picked up on November 13, 2017 in the morning but it never was. On Wednesday November 15, 2017, I contacted the car company to ask for the address and to let the car comoany know that I have my uncle assist me in getting the to their shop but the representative I spoke to on the phone made it appear as though it would be a problem for me to bring the vehicle to them. I told the represenative of the car lot that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up this past Monday, November 13, 2017 and it is now Wednesday, November 15, 2017 and there has not been a resolution. I informed the representative that I have called every day about the vehicle so that I can get some resolution to my issues with the vehicle. I was then placed on hold by the representative and when she returned to the phone she told me it was alright for me and my uncle to try to make efforts to bring the car to their shop.

When my uncle and I finally got the vehicle to the car company's shop, they alleged that they did not know who sent me and that they had no clue about the vehicle. I told them the name of the representative that I spoke with at their car lot but I was informed that she was her for the day. I him gave him the manager's name and the car lot that the vehicle was purchased from it also generated the work order for repairs for the vehicle. I was then told that they would have to call that particular car lot and they took the keys and the vehicle notes that I had provided in reference to the vehicle's defects.

I have been without a functional vehicle since Saturday November 11, 2017. The vehicle the car lot sold me gave me no inital warnings of mechanical issues (no dash-board lights were lit and no vehicle indicators activated). It is now November 29, 2017 and the car company still has not given me any information on the vehicle. Everytime I contact the car company they inform me that their mechanic has not given them any information on the vehicle or they will have to call me back, which they never do.

It appears to me as though I am being given the runaround by the car company. I am saying this because now when I call the car company will place me on hold and then send me to their voicemail. I can not continue to do this with this car company. I am a single mother of five that has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. This experience has been a huge inconvenience and hardship for me and my family. I need reliable transportation for medical appointments and my children's appointments and this car company has been very dishonest. I believe that I have been very patient and I have tried to work with them on multiple occasions but I am getting no answers nor results to my current issue.

I came in to the MY Car Store, Location at “8900 Camp Bowie W Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76116 “ to buy a new vehicle because my vehicle as getting too old and the engine was failing in it and it was time to get rid of it.
So I went to the store and I immediately picked a four wheel drive 2013 GMC sierra I liked the way it looked and it had all the features that I wanted. The mileage was not too high only about 113K for a work truck was perfect I looked it over and did not see too much damage if any. The sales staff that day was great they worked with me got my financing taken care of and everything seemed great.
My problems started with I drove the vehicle to Eastland; Texas the Check engine light came on. I have only driven the vehicle for 124 miles at that point. So, I try brand new Denso oxygen sensors on the vehicle and clear the light and the check engine light came back on my way to Fort Worth Texas. I am a little mad at this point. Who expects to by a vehicle and then spend more money on it. That Monday I scheduled an appointment with a shop to have a custom lift kit put on the vehicle. I dropped it off at nine am at ten am they called me and asked me to come down to the shop and look at something.
When I get there, they brought to my attention that there was spray paint on this vehicle covering up rust and that it was chipping away. It was in five spots on the vehicle I could not notice it until they showed it to me.
So my grief started when I contacted the sales staff of the MY CAR STORE and should them these defects and they tell me that car passed a state inspection, And that the check engine light was not on when the vehicle left the lot. I explained it is kind of funny that I only drive 124 miles and it comes on. The fiancé manager asked me rudely what would you want me to about it. I said fix the truck and he says that the check engine light was not on. Okay I am not going to sit there and argue with him. I then asked about the pair. And the fact of the matter why it their spray paint covering up rust and I was never told about this. He tells me that is a trade in and it went through a check sheet. I ask if I can see the check and surprisingly it cannot be found. I was never told that this vehicle had rust. The only correctly way to repair this is to sand down the affected areas remove the rust and repaint it. I was explained this by a third-party paint and body shop.
In summary I feel taken advantage of two aspects, Check engine light, and vehicle rusting. When I brought these findings up the management of this company there were rude. I am not a happy customer and I understand you have to sell cars to make money, but come on this is deceptive

On August 5th 2017 I purchase a 2003 . When I purchase the vehicle I notified my sales guy that my full-time job was with Fort Worth ISD and I had a part-time job with KinderCare that was my summer job so my payment would have to fall monthly because my full-time job is pays me once a month pays me on the 28th of every month. Since the first payment on the vehicle they have been billing me every other week for this vehicle I do not have any money every other week because I no longer work my part time job which was explain doing the ceiling of the car. When I went up to my car store on this past Saturday and the owner wanted to know why my car payment was late I explained to him that my payment is once a month because he was like why you paying me late every week or every other week and I explain to him that payment should be once a month like I explained it to the sales guy and within their computer system they know that my full-time employment is with Fort Worth ISD which is a monthly paycheck but they were basing off of a part time job which I am no longer there. So now the owner has instructed his employees to not change anything on my account and for me to continue to deal with a late payment every month buy charging me bi-weekly for a car payment that I cannot pay until monthly which is affecting my credit and so for it and I have contacted them today October 9th to change the way the car payment has been set up and one of the employees told me over the phone that they cannot change anything on on my account her the owner of the business. I already have a 2000 Jeep Liberty that has not been running well that they did not get the car inspected when I purchase the car the car still isn't inspected and I still don't have my State tags for this vehicle because they also failed to have that taken care of before I purchase the vehicle now he's refusing to speak to me concerning my payment on the account I just need something resolved thank you

To Whom It May Concern,Hello, my name is ***, I am the General Manager of My Car Store.I wanted to give you an update on complaint #*** that was filed on 08/30/2017. I have reached out to *** and stated to her we have done our investigation on this matter and the assumed person that used her identity with out her permission is her boyfriend that has been residing with her for a few years now. The customers came in to apply for an auto loan on February 7, 2017 and has just reached out to us, about her concerns. They have had joint credit in the past and have owned two vehicles together. She has stated she did not come into the dealership and did not apply for auto credit and that she never authorized us to pull her credit. I do have a signed application from them showing and acknowledging that we did have permission to pull there credit. We did submit them to third party financing but, unfortunately they were declined and we could not proceed with the loan. Mr. *** is the accused person and is incarcerated at this time as we found out from *** to get more information about this complaint and he not able to speak on his behalf. I'm deeply sorry that Ms. has experienced this difficult situation. As far as our business practice we have done everything in procedure as the Texas law allows to. My recommendation is that she call the credit bureau's and give them the police report and they should be able to assist her from there.
