Where can I startI had my carpets cleaned in a home I just bought which is over 3,square footThe technician came out and was done with my carpets in about minMy floors were dripping wet with waterI asked him if he could pull some of the water out of my carpets and he said that's how it's suppose to beNow I'm not an expert on carpets but I know that there is not suppose to be water dripping down my stepsNow there is a stench upstairs in my home and I'm going to have to get a professional to clean up the mess that this business has doneI called Aj and he describing to me about there "high tech" equipment and their "new" vansHe wasn't concerned how his technician messed my carpets up and now it's a smell in my home that I have to get outDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!

My floors were dripping wet with water. I asked him if he could pull some of the water out of my carpets and he said that's how it's suppose to be. Now I'm not an expert on carpets but I know that there is not suppose to be water dripping down my steps. Now there is a stench upstairs in my home and I'm going to have to get a professional to clean up the mess that this business has done.
