TO STOP CALLING MY WORK AND HOME

Review: I took out a loan with them for $300 They never explained to me that I would pay $90 a week for interest which comes out to 360. I was told there would be a one time interest fee of $90 THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED FOR INFORMAL PRACTICES. Now, I'm paying back almost $700 for a $300 loan. Companies like this are bad news and should be look at closely because they strive off the lower class putting them in dept paying double the money which they know is tough to afford putting them deeper in dept. Whoever runs this type of business should be ashamed of themselves.Desired Settlement: I should receive the 3 payments of $90 dollars that was taken from me without being properly explained. Total of $270 they should pay back to me.

Review: I took a loan out for $250 and agreed to pay back in full on a certain date. I received many phone calls, emails and texts reminding me that I could make payments on it.

I rejected all those wanting to pay it off in full. However, I did change my mind and decided to make payments. In their email that they send, all you have to do is click on a link and it will change it for you.

That is what I did and it is automatically done for me. They just say thank you and let you know when your first payment will be.

As of 11/**/13 I will have paid them $480 and still owe them $100.Desired Settlement: I had 4 payments in a a row of $75, in what I've found out are just fees. That should be returned. I thought I was making payments on what I borrowed and a $60 finance charge.

They are not only pushy about you making payments instead of paying it off, they did not lay out what I would be paying when I did change my mind. It was only a link. It's an exorbitant amount of money to get away with charging.

Review: On the morning of Thursday August **, 2013, I applied for a $700 loan from My Cash Advance with the promise that the money would be wired into my account "Thursday evening or Friday morning at the latest". On Friday afternoon the loan was not deposited into my account, I contacted a representative and they notified me that they were having problems with their ACH transfers and would be unable to deposit the money into my account until Monday August [redacted] which was unacceptable to me as I needed to pay my nanny and buy groceries for the weekend.

I sent a right to cancel form on Friday August [redacted] as I didn't wish to pay the fees associated with taking the loan and in doing so, I had to overdraw my bank account incurring a $36 penalty from PNC bank. When I looked at my bank account on Monday August [redacted], they had processed my cancelled loan and put the full $700 into my account. I called a representative and she said that if I wished to pay back the loan without incurring any fees, I would need to pay back the money on Tuesday August [redacted]. This was not possible as I didn't have enough money in my account to cover the full $700 loan (I was overdrawn when the money was put into my account) and I didn't want to pay any more overdraft fees so I told the rep that I could pay them Wednesday August [redacted] when my paycheck came in. The rep informed me that if they were to take payment on Wednesday August [redacted], they would charge a pro-rated loan fee of $24 which I was not willing to pay as I cancelled the loan on Friday afternoon and didn't want the money since they were unable to provide it for me in the timeline originally discussed when I applied for the loan.

I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said they would have one call me back, this call never came and My Cash Advance withdrew the full $700 loan from my account on Tuesday August [redacted] causing my account to be overdrawn a second time and incurring another $36 fee. I called My Cash Advance in hopes to get the latest bank fee refunded to my account, however they would not even though the whole situation arose because they did not fund my loan in the time promised and now I'm stuck with $72 in bank fees. Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like the full $72 in bank fees reimbursed back to me as they failed to provide the services advertised and promised to me, causing me to incur said bank fees.

Response:

At this time, I have not been contacted by My Cash Advance Pay Day Loans regarding complaint ID [redacted].

Sincerely,

Review: I had to close my checking account and so cancelled my EFT payment with this company. I checked on how to do so in the contract provided and did as instructed. I received an email from [redacted] in Customer Service that stated that I should not do that as paper checks take 15-22 days to reach them and then my payment is late and I will be charged a late fee. I informed [redacted] that is not true, payments cross the US in just a few days normally, but perhaps they take the extra time to process them, in which case I should not be penalized. I requested a payment schedule and an address to mail the payments to. I did not receive a response via email. I emailed again two weeks later requesting the same things and gave a deadline. I have received phone calls repeatedly, all day long, on my cellphone and work phone (which I did provide). Now they have begun calling a family members telephone, which I did not provide to them. In the last email I sent I instructed them to not call me at any of the numbers they have associated with me, that I want the information in writing to my email that I provided to them and that I have used to email to customer service.Desired Settlement: I have already paid $985 for a $500 loan. I would like to be done with this loan, due to the inconvenience of the harrassing constant phone calls and the repeated ignoring of my email requests. If that cannot be accomplished, I would like to pay the $400 I still owe in four payments of $100 each, with all communication done in writing to my email and no late fees due to their lengthy processing time.
