On 8/11/my husband and son took my sons cellphone to be repairedMy husband paid $and was told that the phone would be ready for pick up on 8/12/On Friday 8/12/An employee from this business called me and stated that the screens hadn't come on yet and that we could pick it up on Saturday 8/13/When I asked what time he said before 2pmMy son went to pick his phone up and was told it would be ready in minutes when he returned in minutes he was told that his phone had been misplaced and if they can't find it they would get him a new phone in /business daysI have tried to reach the owner numerous times and left messages for him to call me and I still haven't heard from him

Review: Hello- I took my broken [redacted] LCD screen to my cell phone repairs at the mall at [redacted] in [redacted], Maryland [redacted]. I have had my [redacted] for over a year and it always had a screen protector and a case on it. It wasn't until I took off the [redacted] case that it fell from the top of a car and the LCD broke showing only black and blue lines. I took it to an [redacted] store and rather than fixing it, they offered to trade it in for $199.99 before tax. I opted to repair it instead because I did not have that much money. [redacted] warned me that if I repaired the phone with a non [redacted] vendor, they won't be able to accept it anymore for a trade. I went ahead to repair it at this cell phone repair kiosk in ** Plaza on the 15th of June. They said the price to fix the phone is $69.99 but I bargained with them to reduce the price, which they did for $64.99 and after tax the total was about $68. I have a white [redacted] but they did not have the screen for a white phone so I agreed to using a black screen. After the job was done I immediately put my phone case back on my [redacted]. Everything was fine for a week until Sunday morning, the 22nd. I put my phone face down on the night stand the night before and when I flipped it in the morning, the phone had a black ink spot on the top right corner with two horizontal lines running across the screen. I was in awe because I had no idea what happened to the phone. I took it back to them the next morning to explain what had happened, although hard to believe, I couldn't tell you what caused the ink spillage especially since I have my phone case protector on the phone. They insisted that I must have caused an impact on that section of the phone to cause the ink bleed but I did not drop my phone on Saturday night. I believed the LCD screen must have been defected for it to not work properly after a week. I really have no idea where the pressure to the screen came from, and I have no idea what caused the LCD screen to leak. I can't pay another $60 for a new LCD.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay a new fee of $60 to replace the LCD screen. I could have traded my phone with [redacted] for a brand new phone for $199.99 if I would be spending all these fees to fix an LCD screen every week. I would either like them to refund me my $68 or they fix this screen at no charge. I am not going to fix an [redacted] screen in the span of one week for about $140. I can be rufunded and fix it somewhere else, or they replace the screen properly this time. Thank you.
