I think she is rude. she doesn't care on her lives through ***. She only cares about what she sells and if you ask questions she huffs like it's an issue to answer these inquiries. She bad mouths customers to other customers I have proof in my messages she sent me bad mouthing others. And don't ask her about shipping info oh man she gets nasty or ask her about emails they take weeks to respond to. You can see it all over her face like they say facial expressions says it all. So I would definitely not recommend this company

This is an amazing business run by amazing women! The customer service is top notch! They have the cutest products too! I found them around November of last year and have absolutely loved everything I have ordered from them!! I only wish I had found them sooner!!

I found My Christmas Traditions by accident on social media. With a love for Christmas year round it was right up my alley. This is a fairly new growing small business. Everyone that I have dealt with that works there has been amazing. I have experienced a delay in shipping as well as a missing item, yet the honesty and integrity of the owner has been a breath of fresh air. The missing item was immediately acknowledged and rectified. Its rare now a days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers and the customer experience. I have been shopping with My Christmas Traditions since the very beginning. I love the care that goes into each product being packed for shipping. The quality of the products are superior to anything I have found in stores. Veteran owned and great customer service!

On August 1st 2019, I paid for a Christmas wreath from this company. I had been buying from this company for about a year. I had never bought a wreath from them but have bought other Christmas items. A lot of the items were cheaply made and some even broke or custom glasses fell apart a week after purchasing. When I bought the wreath I expected it a few months later. In October I still never received anything but we still had a few months until Christmas. So I waited until the beginning of December. I still never received it and started to get worried. That was 4 months later. Then I got a message on Christmas Eve saying that she couldn't complete my wreath in time. I later found out she had never even started on it. I payed $179 for the wreath. On July 29th, 2019, I also bought a custom t shirt from this business that was supposed to say "wifey for lifey" I was thinking I would receive the shirt maybe in the same package with the wreath. I never received either. The T shirt was $24. So I payed $203 for items I never received. When I filed a claim with my bank, the business sent me harrasing emails telling me to cancel the claim. I also have close friends that also purchased from this business. One of them won a giveaway and never received the gift card and prizes
