I am rejecting this response because:
This company by its own admission,"By and through its agents, affiliates, employees, officers,and anyone under its control", are responsible for the actions of the individuals and or entities it chooses to share the informationIf My company Funding is a broker then they share in the money that is taken intherefore they have to share in the responsibility when the law is brokenAlso, My Company Funding along with *** Merchant Solutions have told the Company that referred me to them that they weren't going to fund anyone else under his company's direction because of meThat is retaliation and is a blatant disregard for the lawNot remorseful that they got caught but rather indignant and retaliatory versus fixing the issueI have a witness of whom they have told this directly toShould the Revdex.com want to speak with this individual about the negative effect that my situation has had on his other clients as well as his own company which has no gain in *** & *** Construction, llc...please let me know. I am also noticing that My Company Funding took the liberty to put my Company's banking information on the Revdex.com website instead of blacking out pertinent information, My company is at risk more than it would have been on its own as they have made my business information Public information by posting it to your websiteI find that to be reprehensible and appalling!!!!

This complaint is frivolous and without merit for the following reasons listed below - Company was not declined by MY Company Funding - MY Company Funding did not pull credit on
*** *** or the companies he owns - MY Company Funding is a broker and does not make decisions on credit or approvals - MY Company Funding did not violate the Fair Credit reporting act - MY Company Funding supplied the complaining company with the Lenders information that reviewed their company for approval for an advance - MY Company’s Funding application clearly states that by signing the document you are allowing us to share information with other companies we work with - MY Company Funding has responded to *** *** by phone, email and text within hours of any inquiry that he made to our office. History of File - On 10/*** *** Service submitted an application online (see attached document) - On 10/MY Company Funding contacted the owner of *** *** Service and advised them that they would need bank statements for the company applying for the business advance. The owner *** *** told MY Company Funding that they do not have bank statements for *** *** Service that they receive all money through a bank card that they use and that the only bank accounts that they had were the *** and *** Construction company which was not current working. MY Company Funding advised the business owner that we would need an active business account that was depositing funds in to it and at that time we could not submit the loan until we had this document. - On 10/*** *** sent in the (attached print out) showing a deposit for $10,made on 10/16. At this time MY Company Funding advised the business owner that we had only one company that would consider an advance for them and we would submit it that day. - On 10/CFG the company that reviewed the file declined the merchant for an advance. MY Company Funding notified *** *** that the lender declined them for funding. - On Thursday 10/20, MY Company Funding received a text that the business owner talked with their attorney and wanted the information of the company that made the decision. This information was provided to *** ***. - On 10/24, the information for the company that denied his was provided again to *** *** so he could contact them directly Response to the Desired Settlement - All information submitted to MY Company Funding has been attached Application signed/dated Bank statements Month to date printout for October - MY Company Funding has no information gathered to arise to the conclusion that the deposit came from *** Financial as MY Company Funding is a broker and does not make decisions on business advances. This decision was made by CFG the lender that MY Company Funding Submitted the advance to. - MY Company Funding did nothing wrong, they were supplied information by the Company Owner *** *** and sent the information to a lender that could make a decision on the advance for them. CFG the lender who made the decision decided not to lend an advance to *** and *** Construction based on information the provided. Any contact by Mr*** to MY Company by phone, email or text was responded to within hours and all information that was known to MY Company Funding about his advance was given to *** ***. - *** *** is not out any money as MY Company Funding does not except application fees or any other form of payment from a company for their services at any time during the process. MY Company Funding did everything that it could to help Mr*** obtain a loan for his company and responded to all of his requests within hours of being made to them. Mr*** was provided the lenders information that made the decision on his advance for his business and if he wanted to could contact them directly on why the decision was made. MY Company Funding is a broker, we do not pull business or personal credit and we do not make decisions on lending for an advance. My Company Funding is not doing business in bad faith, nor did we break any state or federal laws. Any information we provided to the business owner on the decision was directly given to us by the lender that made the decision CFG
