We informed her that we do not sell used items, which is also a part of our return policy. We told her to send items back and that we would have quality control check the merchide. No that is not true I did send items that was send to back I even provide tracking on my original complain and [redacted] stated she will refund me my money she told me to wait it would take 3 to 5 days

Please remove. As I have spoke with the company and I was under the misunderstanding of what I was ordering and I have worked out to get the product I wanted.
