Durable Appliance put a new part in my dishwasher and took parts and labor from my warranty and a have a non-working dishwasher I purchased a Frigidare dishwasher and extended year warrenty at h.hgregg on 11-29- My dishwasher quit working on 4-18- The warranty company sent durable applianceIt took about weeks to even get a man out He finally came and put a new part in and charged the warranty and left the appliance not working with a new partThe warranty company only gave me of a warranty because Durable took A little over one year ago I paid for a dishwasher and warranty I have and a broken dishwasher with a new part Dan from Durable will not even call me back

Had a house callHe showed up late and gave us wrong evaluation
The repair man showed up lateHe also told us the valve needed Rebult in our dryerThat it would cost for parts and for laborPlus we had to pay him for showing upHe seemed like he was trying to why money out of me because I was a female home aloneHe also said he wouldn't be able to fix it for another weekI got a second opinion and it's not what was wrong with my dryer at all! It just needed a coil and was fixed on the spotSo I paid someone to give me a complete wrong estimate of dollars and I find that ridiculous If I didn't get a second look and he fixed it and it still didn't work what other money was he going to try and get out of me

Just had the displeasure of haveing Dan, with Durable Appliance Services, do a warranty call on our year old Samsung dishwasherThe service ended after minutes and him telling me to call lows and reschedule with a service person more familiar with modelI waited weeks for this serviceHis reply "not my problem"
