Terrible expirence. Has been problems since day one! Said they would fix any problem but never do and trying to get any help is impossible, never EVER shop here!

Customer bought the car from us on 3/9/15 "as is" for a total of $2,297. She only had $1,200 at the time. Customer indicated she needed a car so bad this week she drove away with itwith only $1200 down with an agreement to make payments on the balance every two weeks. On Friday...

3/20/15, 2 days before her payment due date shecalled asking if we can have the window fixed on the passenger side. We told her to bring her car down before the end of the day so we can have enough time tofix it. She came at about noon demanding that we fix it right now. We tried to explain to her that our mechanics are busy with another car and that we needed a little bit of time so we can squeeze it in. While she was here we had 2 fire inspectors doing a yearly inspection so she ran to them and complained about her car. We asked her to have a seat and we will handle her car when we are ready. She started talking loud and she dropped the keys and said sde didn't want the car anymore and that she wanted her money back. We told her she bought the car" as is" and that the sale was final, and we were fixing it as a courtesy from our side. She insisted that she didn't want the car so she threatened to call the police. She left the office and after 15 minutes the police came and they told [redacted] that she was accusing him of putting his hand on her forgetting th?at there were 5 people in the office who told the officer that that never happ?ened, including her own father who works for us as a mechanic. We wrote our statements and the officer left. Her father later on told us how she always runs her mouth on him and that she kicked him out of her house a few times and threw his stuff outside. The car was not defective and it was in good working condition. She used it for 2 weeks and we think that she is simply done using it and now she just wants to return it. We have so many experiences with people who don't have the money to make their payments they just come up with so many excuses thinking they would get away with it.

In response to the complaint regarding [redacted], customer bought a 2001 Saturn SC2 on 12/12/2014. She put only $500 down out of $1000, with a promissory note that she would pay the rest of the down payment in installments of $200/week plus her weekly car payments. Customer...

drove away with the vehicle and only made 1 payment on 12/18/2014 then she never made a payment after that up until we repoed it on 1/27/2015. Prior to this signed and agreed to a statement that states if she fails to make 2 payments we can repo the car. We gave her more time because she told us her mother was dying in the hospital which we found out later on, that it was a lie. Customer made so many promises to bring in a payment but she never did. On top of that during the time she was stalling us, [redacted] went to another auto dealer and tried to purchase another vehicle. She put us down as a reference thinking that the dealership employee wasn't going to call us to verify, but they did. Next day we found the car that we were looking for in front of the dealership where she was trying to buy another car, so we basically repoed it. She got very upset because she lost the car and her chance of deceiving her way into getting another car. Basically she got busted right there at the dealership where she was trying to buy another car from.In response to putting [redacted]'s hands on her, [redacted] and his employee went to repo the car right in front of the other dealership doors where there were lots of people there plus security cameras. So, when the police showed up they asked the people who witnessed the incident and they looked at the cameras and right away the police realized it was a false accusation, and came to our dealership and said they won't charge him with anything. In regards to the rest of the complaint they are all false accusations. We tried to help her a lot in so many different ways; we are surprised she even complained. We wish her good luck.
