No worries! Contact us right away and we'll guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back." There is not a telephone number, so I contacted them via email, [email protected] several times The first time I mentioned not wanting the item and wanting a refund, I was emailed back within a day with an address in CHINA, no offer of a prepaid mailer The subsequent emails I sent have been ignored completely
