Thank you for your quick response.
I sent many emails to this company with either no response or very delayed responses. It is a very difficult company to do ANY business with them. There was absolutely no help and now I guess no refund. I believe they delay responses to emails, in order to delay re-imbursements
I believe that this company delays any responses to any emails sent to them in an effort to prolong the response time and therefore the refunds. This is a crack pot company

If the buyer can provide their mailing address and a name to make a payment out to? we will provide the refund by mailed check.
Our records show that it was over the 60 days, but we will make an exception in this case because it was only a few days after the 60 days.
