I was unaware of these new issuesI was unable to ship due to weather conditions in Southern OhioAlso, there are no smokers in my house so there was no way there could have been a odor of smokeThe suit was kept in a bag while it wasnt being worked on I will refund you $Sorry for this inconvenience
