They did not tell me that I had to pay at the time of the consultation. They only stated that I would have to pay if my sons had his wisdom teeth removed. I think that they are deceiving the new patients with hidden costs and not being upfront about consultations that I was told from the referred dentist would be free. They are price gouging because an office consultation should not cost 169.00.

We have never offered Free Consultations. This a medical office & the patient is scheduled for an hour of the Doctor's time to have a consultation for which the is $169.00. The patients mother stated she was offered a free consultation by Westside Dental and was never told that by My Dentist Meridian Oral Surgery. Complaint to wrong office maybe?

This is not a resolution. They did the same consultation as the Tooth [redacted] DDS and he only charged me 45.00. West side Dental also sent me a new bill for 35.00 for my free consultation which was going to cost me 3,000.00. I believe that these dentists are still in a partnership with each other and a consultation is not a free service that I was told was going to be free by Westside Dental. Both offices have sent me to collections for the 169.00 and the 35.00. Now it has reduced my good credit score.
