Don't bother with this business I don't I don't know how their work is, but do know that their number, their business number, and their e-mail doesn't seem to work They advertise (daily) in the Findlay OH CourierI called 1/18/about getting a quote on having two pieces of furniture reupholstered and was told they'd get back to me within weeks when they were in the areaCalled again 2/1/and got same answerCalled again 3/4/and sent them pictures via e-mailWell, this is now 5/2/and I haven't heard anything from themAt this pint I wouldn't trust them with my furniture even if they offed it for freeGuess they don't need the business BUT why advertise a service you don't give? They get an F rating from me!
Appoinment scheduled. Spoke to [redacted] in the office on 2 separate occasions regarding date & time. Showed up for appoinment & business was closed.
I called the office to schedule a new patient appointment after being referred by a fellow co-worker. My initial call was on Monday, November 25th. I was given an appointment on Wednesday, November 27th. I called back on Tuesday, November 26th because I was given the day off from work (unplanned) to see if they could possibly see me that day because they offered me a Tuesday appointment when I called initially. But, when I called on Tuesday morning, the appointment had already been taken. I told [redacted] that was fine, I understood. I then confirmed my appointment on Wednesday & told her I would see her at the appointed time. I arrived at the office the next day only to find the doors locked & all of the lights off. I checked both my cellphone & my office phone to make sure I had not received a message from the office regarding cancelling the appointment. I had not then & STILL to this day (more than 10 days later) have not received any kind of call or acknowledgement that I was just forgotten about. I needed the appointment because I had broken a FRONT tooth & was desperate to see someone but instead had to go through the embarassment of waiting another week to get an appointment with someone else. I have chosen another (great) dentist for my needs & I also made my co-worker aware of this situation so that she will NOT refer them in the future.
