I ordered product over 3 weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping since my dog was in pain. After one week, I began emailing and calling the number and email address on website...no answer on any. I went to their Instagram page and saw I am not the only customer who never received their product or a refund. I can't get a hold of anyone! They basically stole my money.

Customer has been refunded entire amount of order. We sent an email indicating that due to Covid we were delayed on some shipments at we were experiencing difficulty getting certain inventory. We have since refunded the order, including shipping, in full.
