DR [redacted] WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CAME IN ASSUMED RIGHT OFF THAT I WANTED PAIN PILLS TOLD ME THEY DONT PRESCRIBE NARCOTICS THERE I TOLD HIM THAT WAS FINE BUT I NEEDED ANOTHER MED OTHER THAN GABAPENTIN BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WORKING FOR MY NEUROPATHY WHEN I ADVISED HIM I WAS TAKING SOME ANXIETY MEDICINE AND IT WAS NOT WORKING HE SAID TO CALL THE MENTAL HEALTH NUMBER ON THE BACK OF MY CARD INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIND ANOTHER MEDICINE THAT COULD HELP KEPT ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT MEDS I CLEARLY STATED I ALREADY TRIED AND DIDNT WORK ASKED ME WHAT KIND OF INSULIN I WAS ON BEFORE AND WHEN I TOLD HIM THE BRAND , HE RESPONDED WITH THEIR IS NO WAY I COULD BE ON THE SOLSTAR PEN BECAUSE I WAS ON AHCESS AND THEY DIDNT COVER ITMIND YOU IM NOT ON AHCESS IM ON AETNA SO TO ME THAT WAS VERY OFFENSIVE I TOLD HIM I WAS OFFENDED AT THE WAY HE WAS TREATING ME AND FELT HE WASN'T DOING ANYTHING TO HELP ME AND JUST KEPT FOCUSING ON THE FACT THAT HE COULDN'T PRESCRIBE NARCOTICS TO ME WHEN I NEVER ASKED FOR THEM I TOLD HIM I WAS LEAVING I FELT VERY OFFENDED AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK HE REPLIED WITH IM NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND IM JUST PISSED OFF THAT HE DIDNT GIVE ME PAIN MEDS AGAIN I NEVER ASKED HIM FOR THEM I EVEN MENTIONED HOW I WAS NOT ON THEM ANYMORE HE SAID I WAS PROBABLY ADDICTED TO THEM AND NOT ONLY DID HE NOT FOCUS ON THE FACT THAT MY SUGARS WERE AT BUT LET ME WALK OUT WITHOUT ADRESSING MY HIGH LEVEL SUGARS HE DIDN'T SEEM CONCERNED WITH HOW HIGH MY SUGAR WAS OR THE FACT THST I WAS IN PAIN ALL HE CARED ABOUT WAS MAKING IT CLEAR THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE ME PAIN MEDS AND ASSUMING I WAS I GUESS CRAZY AND ADDICTED TO PAIN PILLS
I took my daughter to this urgent care on 5/14/to seek medical care for a large lump on her elbowThe doctor arrived and only walked by my daughter to state that the lump was a spider biteI questioned the doctor by asking her "Did you look at it" and her exact response was " I don't know dos you"I explained to the doctor the symptoms and the pain but she still didn't look at it just stated its a bug biteI left during the visit due to her lack of medical attention towards by young daughter and the way we were being treatedI took her for a second opinion and we were sent to the ER for a large abscess that needed to be drained and medication due to an invectionPeople go to doctors for help not to be treated bad and put downShe never looked at my daughters arm besides walking byI'm filing all compliants I can to prevent people from having to go thru this type of treatmenthorrible experience and my daughter could have gotten very sick if we would not have gone somewhere else
