My Dream Decor

This company has terrible customer service. I bought 2 mirrors on Amazon that came and were not what I was wanting (the frame was way too thick & the mirror too small). I emaied for a return label....

14 emails between me & the company later I still have no return label, I was told I would be charged $68 for a shipping return. Mirrors are advertised with "free shipping".

I was told in one of the emails that they preferred that I do not return and that they would make no money on this transaction. What? Not my problem and furthermore two perfectly good mirrors returned means that this company can re-sale them!

There are SO MANY other good companies to shop from who would not give you an afternoons worth of run around JUST to return two mirrors that got ordered wrong! Use them!
