I paid a deposit of $as requested and I was assured the job was to be no more than a $1000, which includes a package of photos, a video recording, and a photo albumThe performance of the photographer and the agency in general was atrociousFirst, the hired employees were late to the wedding ceremony and missed over mins of the ceremonyFurthermore, the agency refuse to release the work we discussed for the amount that I was expected to payThe agency asked for money in exchanged for the agreed upon productsThis increase in rate was random and unprofessionalI am infuriated with this agency's conductThe agency are manipulating customers and taking a cheap shot at a chance to make more money, by breaching our agreementThus, these are the circumstances that I have been dealing with "My Dream Photo Studio." album of pictures, one video, gift cards and a slide show for $1,dollarsShe deposit an amount of $dollarsThe agreement was for the couple to go to the Studio and select her desired picturesAs there are more events ongoing at the studio, such as weddings, sweet sixteens and birthdays offered etc; these types of jobs are required detailed attention must be done by appointment onlyPersonal calls and harassment are not the way we workEvery client is treated equally and to be fair we must maintain every client a priority*** *** was out of the country for three weeks after the weddingI was unavailable the day she wan ted to come to the studioShe wanted me to go to her houseThis is a professional business and she was asked to visit the studioAfter this visit she picked out the pictures of her preference and was told that the pictures are now to be edited and retouched to then be placed in her custom albumThis process takes much more than a month and this information was explained to her and husband*** *** has been a very insistent client and hard to work withShe has called to change everything we had agreed onShe has always received answers from me and I have also spoken to *** *** She insists on changing every agreement we make every time she calls and cannot make up her mindShe is more focused on harassing about calling the city unless I give her all the pictures and her money back as wellI acknowledge all the stress a wedding can cause and accepted the bad treatment on the actual wedding dayHowever, I cannot commit myself of giving her money back and gi ving my work for free after having traveled more than miles, paying just the videographer himself $400.00, working more than continuous hours and using my professional equipmentAt My Dreams Photo Studio we value our work and we do not work for freeWe do not change agreements back and forth, everyone chooses a custom package and everything is done*** and I have spoken and come to an agreementWhenever they decide what to do and settle their differences, then our work will be given with pleasureWe at My Dreams Photo Studio will not settle to give out our work without quality

I paid a deposit of $500 as requested and I was assured the job was to be no more than a $1000, which includes a package of photos, a video recording, and a photo album. The performance of the photographer and the agency in general was atrocious. First, the hired employees were late to the wedding ceremony and missed over 30 mins of the ceremony. Furthermore, the agency refuse to release the work we discussed for the amount that I was expected to pay. The agency asked for money in exchanged for the agreed upon products. This increase in rate was random and unprofessional. I am infuriated with this agency's conduct. The agency are manipulating customers and taking a cheap shot at a chance to make more money, by breaching our agreement. Thus, these are the circumstances that I have been dealing with "My Dream Photo Studio."

I will not continue to discuss this issue. Her complaint has not been resolved because she is unable to make any firm decisions. The agreement as stated before by [redacted] herself was 250 photos, one video, 50 gift cards and a slide show for the amount of $1,000 dollars. No more or less. The deposit holds the date and assures any extra fees such as supplies and employees payments. I had considered ** and [redacted] due to a family referral and gave her amazing prices for what they desired. I will gladly give her what we agreed on. On the other hand, I will not settle for giving back $500.00 dollars as asked for after actually doing the job asked for. I am not asking for more money for what we agreed on. She wanted to change the package and so I gave her information on the prices based on she was asking for. As for the lateness of her wedding, I will just say she never even confirmed the event. These are unnecessary details that do not n eed to be stated. If it comes to details, they were many moments in which I received the worst treatment ever from the bride. Not only as a photographer but various insults as a person. I do not work on clients thoughts, I work based on agreements. If the couple cannot come to an agreement on what they want I cannot help with that. I tried being as flexible and proffesional as possible based upon the circumstances. Again, I will gladly give the couple what we all agreed on but I cannot give the $500.00 deposit back after working for hours on this event. This has been an unnecessary dispute and it has been a very upsetting situation for me. I am only waiting for a response from the couple as to whether they want what we agreed on or not.

Review: In Agost ** ,2014, [redacted] The [redacted] of Dream Photo Studio came to an event that I had on 08/**/2014. [redacted] offered to me one Album of 250 photos, one Video, 50 Gift cards, and a Slide photo show for the amount of 1000.00 dollars. So, we agree for that. On the day of the event I gave him a check for the amount of 500.00 dollars.After one month I did receive any respond for [redacted].So I decided to call him to hear about how it was going,then he told me that he was waiting for me to call.I asked to him if I could visit the Studio to see how the pictures look like. I told him to go the next Friday but, he told me , no to go because that day he has something to do,so he told me that he will call me back to tell me what day he will be there.But ,I never received a call from him . I did had to call him again then we agree for another day . That day he showed me and my husband some photos in a screen .Then we agree that he will call me when he had it ready.Today is the day I have not received one answer from him.Desired Settlement: Well , I decided that to get my deposit of 500.00 ds back. I do not want to deal with this unprofessional and, unresponsable person anymore . This made me feel so sad because I do not going to have the pictures to bring all that memories for me and my family.
