I asked this jeweler to adjust my watch to fit perfectly to my wristI explained to the customer service rep how I wanted the watch to sit on my wristShe said that they have no problem taking care of itSh was also going to call me when my watch was ready for pick upI never received a callI decided to go to the store and pick up my watchWhen I received it, it fit the same as if no one ever adjusted my watch it sits crooked on my wristI was still charged $for a service that was not completedThe customer service rep was very rude, she demanded for me to tell her why I wanted my money backShe kept yelling at me, "but why? I don't know why you want her money back!" I kept telling her back she wasn't listening to me, she just kept yelling and asking why I wanted my money backThis is the worst customer services I have experienced yetThe rep refused to give me my money back
