[redacted] also called asking for me and using profanity in which I have zero tolerance for period!  My complaint is that I did not ask My Eye Doctor Plus to cut the lenses for any sunglasses except the Camo (which I ordered and these never came in).   Therefore When I returned the Black Gloss Sunglasses (loaner pair, which my son never was able to wear, very bent) after waiting over a month (a reasonable time for any back order and they didn't know how long it would take) I should have received a full refund, not been charged for lenses that I never asked him to cut.  In fact, I called before I went to store and the lady who answered said she understood that the back order was taking a long time and was sorry for any inconvenience and I told her I didn't think my son wanted to wait any longer and that I would be in for a refund and she said ok.  What I should have done, when he refused to refund the money for the lenses, is to pop out the lenses and take them, because I actually paid for them, at least I would have merchandise for money spent!
He should take the loss because I never asked him to cut lenses for glasses other than the Camo.  They should have never called me and said your glasses are here, if the Camo pair had not arrived.  If Oakley sent the Black pair instead of the Camo, how could the Camo still have been on back order? 
Any Good Business, would have offered a refund for the inconvenience of having the customer waiting so long for a product on back order with no possible arrival date in sight. It's called Customer Satisfaction!  
  If Camo glasses had come in and he had cut the lenses for these, we wouldn't be having a problem right now.
Bottom line:  I paid for lenses that I never asked them to cut and walked out of the store with no product.  I would like either the lenses or a refund!
