My EyeLab has refused to be accommodating after trying to give me someone else's glasses. I was told that it is my fault for being a diabetic and my sight changed so drastically in 11 days which is why I can not see out the glasses, when in fact they messed up and gave me the wrong prescription. I have asked for a refund 5 times and the representative has been very rude, and abrasive and unhelpful while trying to force me to continue to work with her. I asked for a refund and this woman first said that she did not know how to process a refund, then she got the copay refund approved and talked customer service out of giving me the refund because I used my insurance to pay for the eye exam. The store rep was horrible. She has acted as if I am obtuse, and stupid and has not been humane or fair at all. She tried to use my eye exam from another company who actually did their job correctly, and send in their prescription to avoid giving me a refund. I was insulted as if my blood pressure and diabetes was the reason why I can't see out of their glasses, instead of her admit that the wrong prescription was sent in my name. She has ignored my need for a resolution and it IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS TRANSACTION THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN VICTIMIZED UNDER. I am traumatized by the lack of integrity, and the insulting way of how they will not give me back over $ 128.49 that I gave them in good faith for the glasses. I NEVER LEFT THE STORE WITH THE GLASSES BECAUSE THE GLASSES WERE NOT MINE. MY EYELAB the business, messed up EVERYTHING for me and I am hurt and shocked by how condescending this brand manager is. I SHOULD NOT BE TOLD THAT THEY CAN NOT GIVE ME A REFUND WHEN I NEVER LEFT THE STORE WITH THE GLASSES. THEY ARE SPINNING ME AND PLAYING WITH ME LIKE I AM A CHILD. I was told that it is being "escalated", and they can not give me a resolution. This rep would not give me any corporate office information about the company and there is no resolution, so they are refusing to give refund even with no service.

Refund I would like for the rep to be reported to as many effective independent bodies of medical governing bodies as possible. My health rights and financial rights as a citizen of the United States and rights as a human being in the marketplace are totally insulted and violated. I would also like my refund of $128.50 to be given to me immediately because My EyeLab did not do the eye exam correct and presented me with wrong glasses and begged me to take the wrong glasses out of the store.
