I ordered two pair of eyeglasses for me and two for my daughter on Jan 24th, give the absolute guaranteed delivery date of Feb 13th, but told they will be here sooner. We each received one pair of glasses and a different excuse each time we've talked to someone, with no answer or estimated delivery or apology. My rx sunglasses were ordered specifically for snow skiing, the trip is next Wednesday. I asked for a reason, I asked where exactly the glasses are (the owner states he has no idea where the lab is located working on the lenses). No idea when they will arrive. I asked him to call them and please expedite so they arrive by my ski trip. He refused. I have since purchased sunglasses for my trip, yesterday, 2/20/2020.

Refund We received 2 of our 4 pair ordered, the two less expensive pair. I would like 1/2 my money refunded. Invoiced $841, I would like $420 refunded and will apply that toward the sunglasses I already bought from another and will purchase my daughters 2nd pair elsewhere.
Patient's daughter's second pair of glasses was picked up by a family member last week, and the patient was notified yesterday that his sunglasses are ready for pick up. We are offering a $100 refund to the patient's card for the inconvenience he has experienced.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
The company made reasonable efforts to make the situation right. I appreciate the efforts made.
